St Louis Pro Wash

They power washed my house and I have a lot of siding! They did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again.

It went well. I have hired them before, and I will hire them again.

I used St. Louis Pro Wash to power wash my siding and deck. Afterwards, my house was left with a lot of vertical streaks of dirt as well as other streaks and patches that were not dirty, but were now dark and discolored. None of these conditions existed beforehand. I contacted the company to resolve the problem. Robert came out again to address the problem. After the second visit, the dirty streaks were removed, but there were still streaks and patches of siding that were dark and discolored. I never received any contact after the second visit asking if the problem had been adequately resolved, which it had not. My siding looks far worse than before I called St. Louis Pro Wash. I have never left a negative review for a company. But based on my experiences, I do not recommend this company.

They have power washed for us for the last 2 years; I signed a contract with them because after the first year I was very happy with the work.

The washing of the house went fine. He was also supposed to wash and seal my new concrete patio. He stated he would have to come back the next day to let it dry before he could seal it. Two beautiful days went by when he could have returned and finished the job. Then the rain started, and it rained for the next five days. In the meantime I needed to get all my patio furniture off the lawn and back on the patio so my grass wouldn't start to die and so I could mow. Finally the rain stopped and he was set to return to seal the patio. I went to move all the furniture back off the patio to my lawn and noticed that one of my wood tables left a small stain. I thought uh oh, we can't be sealing in stains so I better ask him about it. I emailed Robert the owner with this information and that is when everything went down hill. He called me back frustrated, irritated, and confrontational. He stated he was going to have to charge me again to wash the patio again. I replied, OK, well how much more do you want to charge? That made him angry, and he started asking me over and over again "Sir, is it my fault you put a table there and stained it after I left"? Then he kept stating that he was going to come out to PROVE to me he did a good job, which was just strange since I never stated he did a bad job. I HATE confrontation, and he clearly didn't want to come back out, so i just told him look, if you don't want the job then just bill me for what you've done and lets move on. He said that would be best and he would re-work the estimate. Apparently the $500 worth of business I had already given him was not enough to earn good service from him. Bottom line: they do fine work, but when it comes to customer service it was horrible. Probably the worst customer service I have ever had when getting work done on my home. When we hit a little bump in the road, instead of stepping up to make things work out, he lost his cool and drove my business away. I have had a few friends and neighbors ask me who washed our house, and I have had to tell everyone about my terrible experience and that they should try to find someone else.

I called the week prior and Robert stopped by over the weekend to figure the price (I didn't have to be home). He e-mailed me the quote(s) that Monday and performed the job on Thursday. My 2 story home had the siding turning quite green on one side and it was just plain dirty all over. The siding looks great now. It was money well spent to improve the curb appeal of my home. He suggested a few other services on the initial estimate and I took him up on the driveway/patio cleaning. My concrete patio/sidewalk looks much better but I couldn't really tell much difference in the driveway (probably because we don't have white concrete...it hass more of a brown/sandy color to it). Overall, everything went as I hoped. Good job.
