 + -1 moreJoe is very professional. I have an older upright player piano that I have not played in quite some time. Joe spent considerable time checking the player part. He even went to the hardware store for a new electrical cord, as ours was splitting. The player was not working and he discovered the reason. A part was needed but Joe wasn't sure we could acquire one. He suggested that he try to find one and then come back and also tune the piano so he wouldn't have to duplicate any of the services that would include tuning. In less than a week he had found a replacement part. Because it is such an older piano, the part is expensive. I'm going to think on it but either way, Joe will come back and do the tuning. I have been very pleased with his service.
