 + -1 moreThere is really nothing to complain about. My experience with them is good. I have never had any reason to call them for anything.

 + -1 moreI CONTRACTED WITH THEM FOR THEIR DSL SERVICE, AND I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO SEND EMAILS USING THE SERVICE. DESPITE MANY PHONE CALLS SINCE AUGUST 2ND, I HAVE SPENT OVER 10 HOURS OVER THE PHONE, AND HAVE REPEATEDLY REQUESTED THAT A TECHNICIAN COME OUT TO TROUBLESHOOT IT, ALL WITHOUT RESULT.
Description of Work: I CONTRACTED WITH THEM TO PROVIDE HIGH SPEED DSL AND EMAIL.

 + -1 moreWOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN ONLY BECAUSE I HAVE NO CHOICE. WHILE HOOKING UP DSL, THEY LOST THE INTERNET CONNECTION COMPLETELY. RECEIVED A LOT OF RUN AROUND WHEN TRYING TO GET TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
