I wasn't there but was told they did a great job.

Mike was GREAT! I am getting my property ready to sell and needed to clean my twelve faux wood blinds. I was able to contact Mike and fortunately for me he had a spot open on his schedule to do my job. Arrived on time. Got to work immediately. Blinds removed, brought out to his service truck, cleaned, dried, and reinstalled all in a timely manner. I would certainly use his services again and would recommend them strongly.

I was a bit hesitant since I had seen multiple sites warning of the hazard of cleaning faux wood blinds using ultrasonic cleaning. However, in check several other vendors, seems like most used the ultrasonic cleaning but took the blinds to their shop for cleaning and returned the blinds 5-8 days later! Given that I don't have other window coverings in most of my rooms, this didn't seem to be a valid option. Contacted Sonic Shine and was very pleased that they provided the service on site (within a few hours) and cost less than half of the quoted prices from the other vendors I considered. Scheduling was easy, they were prompt and did a great job. Just wish I had cleaned the blinds years ago!

He was very nice and it didn't take him long to do his cleaning. He was very punctual and showed up right on time. I had time to clean my windows while he was washing the blinds. He also replaced a broken blind turner for me. Very nice and efficient. I was charged the minimum price.

Three Sonic Shine technicians showed up promptly at the appointed time. They removed their shoes in our house. All of our 32 blinds and valances were removed first. Then the technicians took the blinds out to their truck to insert them in a sonic cleaner. The cleaned blinds came out like they were new. Since this was a big job, it took about 3.5 hours to complete.

Prompt, efficient, and courteous. They were careful not to bring debris into the house.

I had a previous positive experience with this company several years ago. When I called to engage their services again, I learned it was under new ownership/management. The new owner was friendly, responsive and professional.
