The water inlet valve malfunctioned on our dishwasher and the shut off valve to the dishwasher couldn't be completely closed so water constantly trickled in to the dishwasher. Our choices were to either shut off the water to the whole house or empty the dishwasher every couple of hours. We called Frank first thing in the morning and he arrived with the correct part and had the inlet valve replaced within less than 2 hours. He advised us that the dishwasher was a good one and was worth fixing. Frank has efficiently and economically repaired various appliances at our home for over 12 years and I respect his opinion as to whether an appliance is worth repairing. He once had to tell me that my washing machine was not worth repairing and was apologetic about having to charge for the service call. I think that his professional opinion was well worth more than his charge for the service call!

He was fabulous. The food didn't even spoil he was so quick. He was nice and efficient and the price good.

The same day that I called is the day that they came to fix it. The guy knew exactly what needed to be replaced. He left and came back a couple of hours later and installed the part. He did a good job and cleaned up everything before he left. This was the first time I used them but was so impressed that I will call on them again.

I called Frank to repair a leak inside my upright refrigerator and 15 minutes later he returned my call. He was on time and completed his work in 20 minutes. It been a week since he completed his repair and I have had NO problems with the refrigerator since.

Mr. Snopek was quick to respond. However, he left my house to retrieve the part with no idea of return. I confirmed a time for the next day so that I didn't wait hours for his return. He returned the next day at the time he promised. I feel he fixed the problem at a fair price. I was disappointed in the condition of my kitchen at the conclusion of his work. He left the fridge door greasy and black. He forgot to turn off the water before he started work, thus water was on the floor and left behind the fridge. He left the countertop dirty from the tools. I would like to have seen the counter and fridge left in the same clean order that he found it. My other concern is that I was not consulted about the price prior to purchasing the part. I would have appreciated an estimate.

I was very pleased. Everything was wonderful. He came out really fast. The price was reasonable.

Mr. Snopek happened to be finishing a job in my neighborhood, when I placed my initial call this morning. He returned my call and arrived at my house, within 15 minutes. He checked the icemaker and downstairs line and then proposed the price, which included two replacement parts. He then completed the repairs in under an hour. He was very down-to-earth and focused on getting the job done. Mr. Snopek had repaired my washing machine about 10 years ago and it is still running fine. He does good work and is efficient.

Frank was on time, fixed problem and is reasonably priced. I have used this company for years and have always been very satisfied.

Fee was reasonable, on time. Seemed very honest. Would recommend highly. I spoke with him by phone. My father let him into the house. He was fast to diagnose the problems, left to get the parts and was finished in less than 2 hours total, while working around other workmen in the kitchen.

MR. SNOPEK WAS VERY PLEASANT AND WORKED QUICKLY TO REPAIR THE LEAK BEHIND THE REFRIGERATOR. THE WATER VALVE CHARGE WAS $50. LABOR CHG. WAS $25. MILEAGE CHG. WAS $28.50.

HE CALLED BEFORE COMING, GOT THE WORK DONE PROMPTLY, LEFT EVERYTHING FINE, AND WAS POLITE. I FELT THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. I CALLED ANOTHER PROVIDER AND THIS ONE HAD THE BEST PRICE.

HE IS ALSO EXCELLENT, DOESN'T TAKE YOU TO THE CLEANER, VERY REASONABLE, DOES THE JOB AND LEAVES.
