SK HOME IMPROVEMENTS

We decided we wanted to get new windows. A friend of ours told us that she had just purchased windows from a company called Clear Choice. Our friend informed us that her parents had purchased windows from Clear Choice several years ago and were still happy with the windows. I called and set up an appointment for a salesperson from this company to come to our house and give us an estimate. Adam, the salesperson, arrived at our house at the designated time. He was pleasant and gave us a basic sales pitch. He brought a sample window to show us. He looked at our windows and wrote up an estimate. He also told us that the company was no longer called Clear Choice. It was now called SK Home Improvement. Several days later I left a message on Adam's voice mail asking for some more information about the windows. A week and a half later Adam had not returned my call so I called the main office. The receptionist informed me that Adam had told her about my request for more information and he was looking into it. It's been five weeks now and Adam still hasn't called us back. We were considering buying windows from this company but the poor responsiveness of the salesperson along with our inability to find any information on Angie's List or the BBB about SK changed our mind about going with SK Home Improvement. I do have to say that the estimate was quite a bit lower than the estimate we received from Window World.
