Simply RSI

It's a do-it-yourself place. We go in, buy the materials and then we put it in. I had someone else put it in. It was a bath fixture with two knobs and a gooseneck faucet. It's brass, so they had to order it in. They were good about doing that because people don't have brass today; they are into silver. They were okay to work with. It's a typical store. There are no discounts. We pay the price we get out of the book. They were good, nice and polite. I probably would not go back to them. I would probably go online and order it myself and avoid the middleman.

Bought tile from them and had a pleasant relationship; however, their bid for installing the tile was significantly higher than others. I did not use Simply RSI for installation.

My experience was fine. Honestly, their price was the only one I got. The person helping me was fine and friendly.

We were very happy with the cabinets, but not as much with the first person we worked with. We found some cabinets at a lower price point without sacrificing quality. We requested to work with someone else for the remainder of the project who turned out just fine!

They didn’t have what my wife was wanting. They had good design ideas but they just weren’t right for our space. They did a good job, but we didn’t choose them. They were a little slow with getting us the quote whereas the other guys were very prompt. I would consider contacting them for another quote.

We ended up doing most of the work ourselves and we are doing it in stages, so we didn't purchase anything from rse, but I would still recommend them- they're very helpful and their displays give ideas to those of us who are clueless on design.
