Three very capable young men took care of all my needs. They were polite, hard working and followed directions.

From the office team to the guys doing the actual moving it was great! Professional, friendly and so helpful. Will use them again in a heartbeat.

Everything went smoothly and very quickly. When one piece of furniture was delivered the delivery men had a difficult time but the Simple Moves staff had no problems and moved this piece without any hassles. They were marvelous.

Lamar, Tyron and Kemond handled our move today expertly. We had several heavy items that we needed moved from our house to our son’s and to storage. We have used Simple Moves before and have always been pleased with their efficiency and politeness.

Lamar, Chris A, and DeAndre showed up in time window we were told and quickly loaded up our truck in less time than quoted. They were all super friendly, well mannered and polite. Highly recommend!

Lamar, Tyran and Carl did a good job. It would have been helpful if they had noticed that a recliner had a cord and brought it along with them.

Alfredo Arencibia and Darion McKenzie were absolutely professional and consistently worked through the entire move. They were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this service.

Lamar and Carl were the two movers who came and moved the furniture. They did a great job. We talked about the easiest way to get some items moved and they were very careful of the furniture and house. The items they moved to the basement will stay there and they checked with me to make sure placement of the items was correct. Carl noticed that I had left some dishes and glasses in a sideboard in the dining room so made sure that the glasses didn't get broken.

Lamar and Adan were great. They were helpful and professional despite a snafu on my end which made them have to come by twice. Also, because the elevator in my building was not large enough for the couch, they carried it down 5 flights of stairs. Fortunately, only one flight at the new office. Office staff was also very helpful and understanding. They have a great flat-rate charge when there are only a few items to move.

well......it started off just fine. They wrapped things in blankets and taped things that needed to be taped (not sure why they used packing tape on the wooden pieces as it had the possibility of stripping the finish off when removed....) and had everything in the truck in about 2 hours. The bad part started when they began to unload at the new address. So many damages and breakages ...I'm still finding damage and breakages as I continue to unpack boxes and unwrap furniture. Then when you call to speak to someone about the damages, they answer the phone and then say they will have Brian contact you about it but after 3 calls, I am still waiting for someone to call me back to arrange an inspection! Just to mention a few damages etc...dented dryer door, broken mirror frame, cracked dresser top, when they dropped the refrigerator down the stairway it scraped the steps. They lost the hardware to put my desk back together...... And at 2.5 hrs into unloading, one of the movers got an attitude and verbally spoke out about it in an unflattering way. He did go outside and come back in to apologize to me but...too little too late! I would never recommend this company as they do not care about your belongings or keeping their promises to "have it repaired" thru their damage insurance, etc.

I was very pleased with my experience with Simple Moves. The two movers that came were on time and were very polite and courteous. They took care to make sure all my furniture and other items moved were not damaged in the truck when transporting them. They wrapped the furniture in stretch wrap and blankets. They also carefully placed everything in the storage unit so they be damaged while there. I was quoted a price based on a time range which seemed fair and the movers finished my move in the lesser time vs. the maximum time even though the day was very hot. I would definitely use Simple Moves again.

The weather was not good--rainy and hot--but they were very efficient and kept my furniture dry. We couldn't reserve the elevator, but they still finished well within the estimated time. Eric and Eric made a good team.

Work went well with no damage to the furniture or house.

Simple Moves was hired for a move on May 17th from Glendale, MO to Manchester, MO. Three men and a truck arrived at 9:00am and proceeded to load the truck. However, several issues arose regarding damage to my items. Scratches on the hardwood floor in three different areas of the Glendale home. My glass on a desk was broken. A box of Christmas ornaments was dropped at the Manchester home breaking several ornaments. The refrigerator corner where the water line connects was dented resulting in a damaged connector for the water/ice maker. A bedroom chest of drawers was bent. A damage claim was submitted by an employee for the glass only. I was contacted by customer service on May 18th regarding the glass breakage claim only. I informed them of the other damages at that time and then he informed me that nothing would be addressed because the mover who calculated the final total of $924 was wrong and I owed them more than another $300. The movers denied that all damages were their fault.

Move went smoothly. Drivers and helpers were professional. There was a bit of confusion as far as what could and could not be moved without a box, but otherwise ok.

Horrible experience, will never recommend going with these guys. They didn't move some of my stuff and also didn't complete the job by putting back the racks in the armoir and other stuff. Spoiled the bedsheet on the bed by dragging it and they unscrewed the 32" tv and then said they wouldn't move it since there is no box for it. For the 49" tv they removed the legs of it but they packed the legs in one of the 40+ boxes and now I have a tv which i can't use until i find the legs. Horrible horrible experience and would never suggest these guys to anyone. please don't fall for them and don't think they are good with all the +ve reviews they have. ****** move....

The move went very well. They arrived at the very end of their window due to a staff meeting. They were professional and the loading of the truck looked like they knew what they were doing. There was a delay in there trip down to Springfield because the original driver had to be changed out, they did not charge me for the delay time, so all was good. Once in Springfield, Lamar and Deshawn did a great job of unloading the truck and placing it in the house where we needed it.
