Simple Moves

Initially, Disappointed because they didn't show at all on the day and time specified. However, upon rescheduling, they showed promptly and did a really nice job.

Excellent! Our two man crew arrived early (we were given an arrival window of 11am-2pm and they arrived at 10:45am—called 20 minutes before to make sure it was ok). They worked hard, listened to us, asked questions when needed, and took good care of our belongings. From the time I put in a request for an estimate through the day of our move, Simple Moves was responsive, polite, and professional. I will use them again!

It went well, the two gentleman (Cameron and Brian) were a delight. They worked hard and did not complain about the heat. (It’s a heat advisory today)

Fantastic!! It went so smoothly and the 2 movers, Carlos and Nick, were the best! The only snag was that they were concerned about moving the piano safely and we ended up calling a professional piano mover to do it. But it was the best decision and I appreciated their honesty. Everything else was moved perfectly without any problems. I highly recommend Simple Moves!!

Very well! Antonio, Brian and Carlos were very professional, courteous and mindful of time , since you pay by the hour. Hard workers and fun to be around. Were very attentive to protecting all furniture by padding , wrapping and being careful when lifting, going through doorways etc. Will definitely be calling on Simple Moves, in about 5-6 months, to move us from apartment and into new home that is being built. I will definitely be requesting Antonio, Brian and Carlos!

A delay in arrival time but the actual move was performed seamlessly. They paid particular attention to protecting our house interior.

Two movers showed up on time, worked hard, were friendly, and got the job done carefully and completely.

The 2 men I had did an excellent job. They wrapped the pieces that were moved to my niece's and moved the 3 pieces to my garage without a problem. The men were very kind and helpful. I would use them again without question. My sister recommended them and I am very glad she did.

Everything went great! I'm a "little old lady," age 68, with a broken wrist, moving my 95 year old uncle out of his apartment! I was by myself on moving day, and I totally relied on the movers to help me in every way....and they did! This was not a "simple move" because things were being delivered to 3 separate locations. But these wonderful gentlemen made it simple and easy for me! Their names were Dwayne, Lee, and Thomas. If you have the chance to request them, I recommend that you do so! I am so grateful that I had them to help me that day! I can never thank them enough. And John, who coordinated the move on the phone was equally wonderful. Before the move, I kept making changes in the items being moved, and adding a third location for delivery. The day before the original moving date, I even asked to change the date due to a big snowfall! John was always kind, gracious, and accommodating! I was expecting that moving day would be very hard for me, but Simple Moves made it pleasant! Peggy B.

Three young gentlemen showed up on time to help us move some heavy items to storage on Christmas Eve. They were extremely professional and took time to wrap and protect several pieces of furniture. They had to go down steps and these guys maneuvered well. They had great communication amongst themselves to decide the best way to get the job done. If I need help again, I would definitely call this company.

Pretty darn good. The crew was great. They don't need to worry about tips if they work quickly and efficiently. Charm is not the most important characteristic necessary; easy the moving pain is. Left two bike boxes in the driveway...had to take care of those. Generally, very good effort though.

They refused service after arrival. They are just another Corporate Entity more concerned with their corporate lawyers concerns than helping a customer in their moment of need.

Carlos and Frances did an excellent job. They even had to do the move I poor weather conditions and still finished quickly.
