I would use the company again but would be very specific about how much time I think the job would take. I think they had scheduled to be working with me for more than half a day, and there really wasn't that much work for them to do, which I think made them drag it out. Overall, everything was delivered with care for a price better than any of the competitors.

They showed up when they promised to be there, they called ahead to let me know they were on their way, they came in and did the job with no muss, no fuss and no damage. I will definitely use them again.

I called and left a message for someone to return my message, so that I could obtain an estimate. My call was returned promptly and I was given an estimate over the phone. Two men arrived on time to move some furniture and personal items from a home to an apartment. They were on time, polite and careful. The final bill was within the estimate, which I felt was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company and use it myself again. What is unique about this company, is that they will do small moves also.

Both movers were polite and on time. This company was much cheaper than the other movers I called.

Everything went very well; furniture would not go into first storage unit assigned, but they waited until another was assigned at storage facility and moved everything in there. It was smaller than expected but they made it fit. Only problem was that a piece of glass from on top of furniture was broken, and it took some times and several calls to get it fixed, but they did fix it.

The work was scheduled 1 day after we called. The two men were very polite and efficient. They arrived 10 minutes early and waited outside until I arrived. They were able to move all of the upstairs furniture into the downstairs rooms in an hour, leaving walkways for access and without damaging any of the furniture. We were very pleased with the low-cost solution and the professionalism of the movers.

I was very pleased with the work performed by Jack, James, and Leroy. I have been going through a lot dealing with the passing of my father. The guys made my life easier by moving important items from my Dad's house to my house and vice versa to add to our estate sale. The guys were very nice, moved quickly, and were pretty careful with everything. The total of the move took 3 hours which is exactly what I expected. Great Job Simple Moves!

THE TWO MEN WERE FAST AND THOROUGH. HALF OF WHAT I SPENT WAS FOR MOVING BLANKETS WHICH I'D FORGOTTEN TO PROVIDE. I'LL GET THAT MONEY BACK WHEN THEY UNPACK MY THINGS AND RECLAIM THE BLANKETS!

THE MOVERS ARRIVED EARLY. THEY HAD TO STOP WORKING SEVERAL TIMES DUE TO HEAVY RAIN, BUT DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THAT TIME. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND HAD GREAT ATTITUDES, DESPITE THE BAD WEATHER AND THE HEAVY ITEMS. THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND CAREFULLY. FINALLY, THEY DID A SUPERB JOB GETTING A GIANT, AWKWARD AND HEAVY TREADMILL UP A NARROW STAIRCASE, A FEAT WHICH APPEARED IMPOSSIBLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. GREAT SERVICE AND GOOD PRICE.

TWO MEN CAME TO MOVE EQUIVALENT OF A 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT TO A STORAGE LOCKER. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, AND EXTRAORDINARILY CAREFUL WITH MY THINGS. ONLY DRAWBACKS WERE THAT THEY CAME ON THE LATE SIDE OF THEIR PROMISED ARRIVAL TIME (8:45 ARRIVAL IN AN 8 AM TO 9 AM PROMISED WINDOW) AND THE TRUCK WAS TOO SMALL SO WE HAD TO MAKE TWO TRIPS, WHICH ADDED TO THE COST.

THE MOVE WAS ON A REMARKABLY TEMPERATE DAY WITH TEMPERATURES ONLY MAKING IT TO LOW 80S. BOTH TEAMS SHOWED UP PROMPTLY, ONE TEAM LEFT AT 4:30 P.M. AND THE OTHER LEFT ABOUT 6:40 P.M. WE PAID IN 15 MINUTE INCREMENTS. EARLY IN THE MOVE, A SUPERVISOR SHOWED UP TO CHECK PAPER WORK AND ASSURE THAT ALL ISSUES WERE RESOLVED. THE TRUCKS WERE VERY SMALL. FOR EXAMPLE, THE MOVER SAID OUR DINING ROOM TABLE WOULD TAKE UP 1/4 OF THE TRUCK. THIS RESULTED IN AT LEAST 3 AND I BELIEVE 4 RUNS BETWEEN THE DUPLEX AND HOUSE. THERE WAS A DISTINCT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE EXPERIENCE OF THE TEAMS. THE DUPLEX TEAM WORKED STEADILY AND PACKED THE TRUCK EFFICIENTLY. THE STORAGE UNIT TEAM DID NOT PACK EFFICIENTLY AND RESULTED IN 3 RUNS TO THE UNIT RATHER THAN 2. THEY TOOK MORE BREAKS AND WORKED LESS STEADILY. TEAM ONE LEFT ITEMS AT THE DUPLEX THAT WERE MARKED FOR MOVING AT THE END OF THE DAY THAT RESULTED IN A FULL DAY OF WORK (UNTIL 1:00 A.M.) FOR US. THE STORAGE PLACE HAD SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT TEAM 2.

THE WORKERS WERE PLEASANT, ON TIME, WORKED HARD AND DIDN'T T TAKE BREAKS. WHEN ONE WORKER HAD TO LEAVE, ANOTHER CAME TO TAKE HIS PLACE. HOWEVER, THERE WERE PROBLEMS THAT WOULD KEEP ME FROM HIRING THEM AGAIN (MINOR BREAKAGES; THINGS THEY WON'T PACK SUCH AS, TV AND COMPUTER; THEY DROVE AWAY FROM DUPLEX LEAVING THE BUILDING'S FRONT DOOR OFF THE HINGES AND THE HARDWARE IN THE WORKER S POCKET).

QUICK, STRESS-FREE EXPERIENCE - COULDN'T ASK FOR MORE WHEN YOU MOVE ON A DAY THAT STARTS OFF WITH A MORNING TEMP. OF 80 DEGREES!

MOVERS ARRIVED ON TIME, WERE VERY POLITE AND EFFICIENT. THEY POINTED OUT SCRATCHES AND DENTS ON FURNITURE BEFORE THEY MOVED IT TO LET ME KNOW THAT THIS WAS NOT DAMAGE MADE DURING THE MOVE. ALTHOUGH THEY WERE ON THE CLOCK (WE PAID THEM AN HOURLY RATE), WHEN WE CAME TO A RAILROAD CROSSING WHERE A TRAIN WAS PASSING ON OUR WAY TO THE NEW HOME, THEY POINTED OUT A WAY AROUND THE TRACKS SO THAT WE WOULD NOT BE SPENDING TIME WAITING FOR THE TRAIN TO PASS. WE PLAN ON USING THEM AGAIN!
