They did what they said they were going to do and they didn’t damage it. Everything turned out good. I would use them again.

The trucks are small but the guys are so incredibly efficient. They don’t waste any time and they get the work done right. They have been wonderful to me. No matter who comes they are always good. They are also very pleasant and I’ve never had any problems.

I liked them a lot. I think they are great for small moves, even moving stuff from within my house like from one floor to the next. Their pricing depends on the number of hours I spend with them but they are very reasonable.

They were wonderful. The men and the equipment they used were absolutely wonderful. They were reasonably priced. It was a high rise so the sofa wouldn’t fit into the elevator shaft so they carried it up six flights of stairs which I thought was above and beyond. They showed up on time. We contracted for two and we had three because they were training somebody so we got three guys for the price of two. They had a lead guy who was doing all kinds of need ways to protect our furniture from move stuff. Since then my husband and I have moved; we used a different movers which we were not as much pleased with. When we compared Simple Moves were just above and beyond anything that we have used.

I believe they quote the prices based upon the amount of hours it will take to do the move and for the distance they would drive. They have been nice, reliable and on time. They helped with moving small things such as individual pieces of furniture.

The time frame which they were to arrive was 12-4 pm. They arrived closer to 4:30. I understand running behind. What complicates things is when you are being charged by the hour and they are late you can't take advantage of the whole time limit. The men were very friendly and hard working. Unfortunately, when they moved our china cabinet they put several gouges/ scaratches in our new hardwood floor. Also they have a policy that if any damage is done they will reimburse you for that damage, BUT IT IS TAKEN OUT OF THE MOVERS PAYCHECKS!!! That is so unfair to the customer. It puts the customer in a position to either know that these hard working men will be docked pay for an accident that occured due to lack of training, or to choose to just take the loss themselves. We will not use Simple Moves again.

They were really friendly and did a good job. The pricing was reasonable as well.

They were fairly reasonably priced. They were being paid by the hour. They did a good job. They wrapped up the stuff and got it there quickly. They did not take more than an hour and a half which included getting there and unloading it. They were very nice. They did not try to take their time in order to cost me more. They did exactly what I wanted. I picked them because their price was really good. They did not destroy anything and kept everything good. They came right on time. They seemed very professional and knew what they were doing. I would use them again in the future.

I called them one week prior. My requested time was available. They quoted the price ahead of time, and said it would take 1-2 hours, and the charge was by the hour. They showed up on time, did the work, and it took exactly one hour, costing me the minimum price quoted.

We were very pleased with them. We will use them again.

It was excellent. They were very courteous and did a very professional job. They were half the price of the others that I got quotes from, and they did an excellent job. I would recommend them.

They were outstanding. I would highly recommend them. In fact, I just recommend them to a friend of mine. They were very detailed. They were very careful. Their price was very reasonable. I spent around $185 for the service. They disassembled and again reassembled the furniture. They made a note of where the furniture was going and they put pad underneath it to prevent it from damaging. All the pieces they were bringing down and they set it very carefully on the pads. They balanced everything very well. They were very punctual. It was a really good experience to work with them. They were really conscious about the time. If there is a need, I would definitely use them again in the future too.

Simple Moves did a great job for a very fair price.

I called and needed movers that same day. They called me back after reviewing their schedule and worked me in due to a cancelation. They were punctual and had a nice moving truck well stocked with moving supplies. They even helped us pick up a washer and dryer from our storage unit which we an additional stop for them on the way to our new home.

Working with Simple Moves was a real joy. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Will Brennan walked me through the cost and contract in detail. The movers for Simple Moves were professional movers, not just guys who can lift heavy objects. The movers were very professional and knew exactly how to move large pieces of furniture and load them into the truck quickly and efficiently with no damage.

I called Simple Moves and explained in detail what items I had to move. They arrived late, were not prepared for the move, and brought a small truck not big enough to fit all my things. During the move they broke an overhead light fixture, left large scratches on almost every piece of my wood furniture, were not careful with my new hardwood floors, and took nearly 6 1/2 hours to complete a 'simple' move.

THE BEST MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED FROM START TO FINISH Earnest from Simply Moves called me as he and his co-heart (Bill) were en route from Simple Moves HQ in Maplewood (MO) to my Storage Facility in Ballwin, MO. Earnest and Bill are dressed in branded, Simple Moves attire and their moving gear (padding, Truck, Dollies) are all in flawless condition. These guys were ultra-personable and customer oriented. Just great guys. Smart, articulate, friendly and FAST!!! Simple Moves does not fool around. They strike a perfect balance between speed/efficiency and a soft touch with delicate items. It is no accident why Simple Moves is an Angie's List Top Provider. Simple Moves is the Major Leagues of Movers. Believe That!!!

We used their service in May as well. The distance was a maximum of ten miles. They did a really good job. It was the hottest day of summer but it went really smoothly. We didn't have any issues or things breaking.

They arrived right on time for my move. They moved my entire art studio (50+ boxes) to a new location. The job had been estimated at 4 hrs. They were done in only 2.5!! Vince and Pedro were both very polite and careful--everything ended up in it's place with no damages. Would highly recommend Simple Moves.

The two movers, Damien and Demond, arrived on time and immediately got to work evaluating the job. They were extremely pleasant and professional and I would not hesitate to hire either of them again, even if home alone. They moved every item we had planned plus a few we hadn't planned, but that need to be moved - the company has a 1 hour minimum and since they were done in about 25 minutes with the planned items, we decided to have them do more. :) I would definitely hire them again.

The movers were prompt, quick, clean and professional. Took them under 2 hours for the move including the 10 minute drive to my house. After the Angie's List 10% coupon it cost me just over two hundred bucks and it was worth every penny!

I spent $410 on that service. I don’t like anything about them. They did a lot of damage when they moved my stuff. It has been almost a month and everything has not been fixed. I have been hounding them to come and fix it. I would rather pay more and go with someone else than go with them again.

The arrival time for my move was scheduled between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. The movers arrived at 1:45. The movers themselves did a good job. They made good use of time to try and minimize the amount of time my move would take. They were polite and informative throughout the move. I was comfortable with them handling my things. The truck that was sent to my home was not large enough to handle all of my items in one trip. When I scheduled my move the person I talked to on the phone asked for a list of the items I would need to move. I spoke to him three times because I had to reschedule. Each time I spoke to him he asked about the list of items I would be moving. He had three opportunities to tell me that it would require two trips. As the movers got closer to a full truck they informed me that they wouldn't be able to fit everything in one truck. They called into the office to report this. They were instructed to make the two trips and to give me an hour discount to make up for the extra time. I asked to speak to the person they called. It was unacceptable that this occurred and an hour may not have covered the amount of extra time as it was rush hour. The person I spoke to did not seem apologetic. He said the person who scheduled my move should have informed me that they only have one size truck and that the my move would require two trips. They fit as much in that truck as possible and did make one trip. We were very tired and wanted this portion of the move over. I agreed to go back and move the things that were left in my car the following day. I thought I would be able to get someone to move the grill for me but their vehicle wasn't large enough. Therefore I left my grill behind. I feel that the person scheduling my move knew that they couldn't handle the job in one trip and did not inform me of this ahead of time because he knew I would have found a different company that had larger trucks. They still gave me an hour discount. This does not make up for the dishonesty and the loss of my grill. I will not use them again.
