Great.Movers were able to move everything in one trip.

The original crew did not come in the 3 hour window. The crew who came as a replacement had been told it involved moving 4 pieces. They were very appropriate and nice, but obviously exhausted after a long day. I told them that the roll top desk was a valuable antique. It came apart into 4 pieces. When they were unloading the top with the roll, one man feel getting out of the truck and dropped the roll top, totally demolishing a corner and jamming the roll. It ruins the value of a cherished antique. I blamed the person who overbooked and overworked these men.

I used them to only move appliances and heavy furniture. This was the worst company I could have chosen. Highlights: - damaged everything they moved. Some things a lot and some things minor but still damaged. This includes furniture and appliances - damaged wood floors at both houses by dragging things rather than lifting. Wood floor at top of steps have 11 gouges. - scratched both front doors and gouged numerous walls, wood work, stairwell handrail - they came with one pocket screwdriver and no plastic to wrap dressers - a neighbor later told me one was smoking a crack pipe in my driveway. Same one was arrested that evening for selling drugs and multiple warrants. His mug shot has work shirt on - I called company before all was brought into new house. Basically blown off by office mgr - the next day their inspector came and took pics. Following day went to first house and took more pics. Told me I would prob have to sue as owner doesn't like to put out money - was told that when the movers have damage, their punishment is to work with a guy who always damages things. Said they get most of their money on tips and if they have a bad move, they won't get tipped. - company owner is not accepting responsibility. Wants me to pay the bill before we can "negotiate ". Has no moral code or ethics. My damages are more then his bill. - you may luck out- but don't count on it!!! Don't take the chance.

Great! While they were slightly late to appointment window. I was called and informed of arrival time shift. Once movers arrived they were faster than I could have imagined. But they were also very careful with all of our belongings including antique pieces. Would definitely use them again. While the original estimate was 8 hours, the moving crew was done in less than 5 hours!

We were moving my elderly parents and I cannot express how kind and professional our movers were. Carlos Williams and Armon Simpson were so respectful and worked so hard. They made my parents move so much better than we could have hoped for. This is the 2nd time we have used Simple Moves and I cannot say enough good things about the quality of people they employ.

This was a very pleasant experience. I haven't met any guys nicer, funnier and more professional than Tristen and Gary. Hire this comply and these 1 men for your move!!! You will be very satisfied.

The dates were booked for moving 3 weeks ago and the company rep confirmed the 12.30 PM booking but the mover showed up evening between 6-7. There was no communication from the company notifying us about the delay. After I called their office, they mentioned that the movers will arrive between 2-3. The office closes early on Saturday. When the movers didn't show up till 3, I called the office, but till then office was closed. It was very stressful move with the family. We couldnt finish our move till 1 AM. I decided to move few items myself since it was getting late.

No one called and I never got an estimate.

This move was handled quickly and professionally from the phone call I made to schedule the service right through the move. I called and got an estimate and a moving date quickly. I received both a confirmation phone call and email before the move. The movers, Carlos and Armon, arrived on time and even called to let me know when they were 30 min. away. They came in, assessed the items and got directly to work. These two did not stop. They maneuvered furniture down the stairwell in my old place and up or down the stairs in my new place. They were some of the most efficient movers I have ever seen. They were even faster than the estimated time and came in under cost. I have never had that happen before! I would definitely recommend Simple Moves.

Most excellent. The movers were exteremely careful with all items moved from one residence to another. All furniture was covered in a moving blanket AND then wrapped with shrunk wrap. We were very statsified with the move.

Carlos and Arnaon were on time, efficient, and respectful. Would recommend Simple Moves to anyone based on the service these guys provided!!! Made the whole process super easy.

They were punctual and good movers.

They did an excellent job! They took great care to insure that all furniture was moved without any damage. Very professional and worked quickly.

They showed up 30 minutes past the time window provided without any notice.They were very rough with my stuff and slow. One of the guys was messing with his phone in the back of the truck most of the time. Also, they left the first house before me and arrived at the new house (12 miles away) at least 25 minutes after me- seems like they took a very expensive break.

They were friendly, punctual, professional and very hard-working. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Overall well. Movers were professional and handled items well, even a large glass curio cabinet. Recommend careful estimation of time required for move to ensure completion as scheduled. (seems based on number of items but not as accurate when carefully moving large items and going up and down stairs)

I had used them before. They brung it in the house and moved it where it belonged.

The two men were professional and friendly. Because the bid was below others I was able to tip generously.

They did a nice job, but worked slowly and it added at least 50% to the original estimate.

It went well and was completed without incident. The crew was nice and very accommodating.

Then instead of moving to their storage since the pod we ordered could not make it up our driveway, they were skilled enough to move all of our furniture into our living room (a lot!). A week later when floors were done, we had them back to put everything back. All furniture was in perfect condition. Nothing was too heavy or challenging for them, and they worked fast.
