SHUBERT DESIGN FURNITURE

Description of Work: I've bought furniture from this store over the years. Just recently I bought a recliner that was a floor model. The sales associate told me the delivery wait due to the sale would be delayed until the first week of June. Actually it was the middle of June. The leather recliner, when delivered, wouldn't adjust to the upright sitting position. The leather back of the chair bulged outward when positioned as upright as possible. This defect was addressed to the furniture movers who were Shubert employees as well as noted on the delivery papers. I had checked the chair for this problem since another chair on display had a similar issue. When we bought the chair it was in working order. The customer service rep called. We asked if perhaps a repairman could fix the mechanism. But the rep was very curt and said the sale was " as is". She wouldn't be able to have their repairman check to see if anything could be done to fix the damaged chair.
