SHINING EXAMPLE MAID SERVICE

Description of Work: I Purchased a Big Deal for 4 hours of cleaning for $79, so the price above will be lower than their usual price. I was very happy with the service and will definitely use them again. I had to try a couple of times to reach the scheduling person -- they don't seem to have a dedicated machine for messages -- but once I did make contact they scheduled my cleaning for the day I wanted about two weeks ahead. On the scheduled day, the two guys showed up right on time. They had their own supplies and equipment. They took a quick tour of the house and started on the bathroom. They were efficient and didn't spend a lot of time chatting or fooling around. They just got right to work. They did a great job. My shower was really badly coated with film (I've been too busy lately to keep up) and I was afraid it would never come clean. They got it spotless. After the bathroom, my next priority was the kitchen. They did a great job there, too. They vacuumed and dusted the rest of the house, except two rooms I didn't want done. (1700 SF house.) I plan to have them come back once a month; if I could afford them once a week, I would!

Description of Work: House cleaning. They did agreat job overall and did a thorough cleaning of the kitchen and bath rooms and when finished they were sparkling clean. The cleaning staff was courteous and very professional. I will be using them again and I will recommend them without hesitation. Surya

Description of Work: Poor communications. Did not return my phone calls until the third one. Jason Jones with service blames Angies List. Angie sure took my money. I will no longer prepaid for a service. I say both are at fault. Angies "big deals" are a punch of bull.

Description of Work: They never did perform the services requested! We had a livingsocial coupon and I contacted Greg at their 314-322-4730 number starting Monday 3/28 and called three other times that week never receiving a return call. We were having people over on Saturday 4/9 and wanted to have them come and clean our home that Thursday or Friday before the weekend. I finally went to their website and located an email address. I emailed them near the end of the week of 3/28. On 3/31 I received an email from Greg that he was out of town and unable to pick up voicemail for some reason. He said he would be back on Saturday and get my cleaning scheduled. I waited and still did not hear from them. I emailed again and asked if something was going on that I should know about. He replied on Monday 4/4 that he was sorry and that he would call me on Tuesday 4/5. I finally got a voicemail from him during dinner last evening, 4/6. that they could come clean our home NEXT MONDAY and then gave several other dates after that!! It was as if I had never told them we needed them specifically before Saturday 4/9 in both my phone messages and my email!! I guess we'll have to eat the cost of our Livingsocial coupon because I am very uncomfortable with the serious lack of communication and professionalism before I've ever had them come into our home! I called him once more this morning (4/7) and told him my concerns with his lax communication as a business with a potential client and his apparently ignoring our specific request for cleaning prior to 4/9 that was originally submitted 11 days ago!
