We had a 2nd floor shower overflow and damage the bathroom, the master closet, the 1st floor dining room and the basement. they pulled up the damaged ceramic tile in the bathroom and carpet in the diningroom and then set up fans and heaters. They were great about cleaning up after themselves and ceiling off the rooms as they worked

Came quickly and left fans to clean up the water.....left three days later....never returned to clean the carpet until I contacted them when spots were now appearing in the carpet......upon the call they told me they had forgotten to shampoo ......one month later they returned......the carpet spots remain and I am in a conversation with the insurance company.
Description of Work: Came immediately......left a mess......never fulfilled the contract to clean up the carpet until re-contacted three weeks later.....I am still talking to the insurance company a month later and my property has not been restored to the pre-water condition.

The service went well. They were very professional. The only thing that didn't go well was that they didn't come out for four days. There had been several sewer backups during that time in St. Louis and I think that they were swamped with work. I think they couldn't come out immediately because of other situations and not because they weren't trying to. The cost went through the insurance company.
Description of Work: We have used Servpro of Fenton/South Ballwin for water and smoke damage. Our washing machine line broke and we had a flood in the basement.
