 + -1 moreThe install of the burglary system went fine. The complaint is the facilitator (Eric Schoonover of Secure24 Alarms) promised to include smoke/fire monitoring but did not. He has been unresponsive about how to resolve this problem. His attitude seems to be "So what? There's nothing you can do about it now.".
