+ -1 moreScary I thought I had been taken. He showed forest, said he would be back thurs he was here around 2:30 left at 4 and I felt comfortable he would finish the next day and I paid him. I did not see him again for a week.
Description of Work: Drain spout replacement, clean gutters, replace fallen part of gutter. Did not haul away old gutter.

+ -1 moreThe owner is friendly and responsive to cell phone calls. He also checks his web site often. The site is very informative, and he even recommends getting quotes from the competition. He kept pushing back the day he could get to our job, telling us he'd be there on a certain day and then calling to postpone. We weren't in a rush, so this didn't bother us much. I think the problem is that he is more of a one man show, so if the weather is bad or he gets a big project he can get behind. The good part is that you only deal with him, not an employee. He took the time to explain the problem and give us a few options to fix it. You can tell he has experience, and his prices were as good as the big national chains. We're pleased with the work and service and will be calling him for our next gutter cleaning.
Description of Work: Cleaned gutters on a two story house. Repaired a sagging second floor gutter and added a downspout.
