SCHNUCKS

I usually use a different florist but this was close to my home so I decided to give them a try. It didn't go so well. I was looking at the different flower selections for quite some time while the lady behind the counter worked on a flower arrangement, not bothering to ask if I needed any help. I found an arrangement in the cooler and took them to the counter. There were a few wilted flowers in the arrangement so the lady said that she would send all new FRESH ones instead of these but that I should leave them on the counter so it would remind her of which ones I wanted. After signing the card she put it with the flowers and YES... those WERE the flowers that my wife received. She did replace the few wilted ones but the rest of the flowers were dead in two days time! Very disappointed.
