Description of Work: They instlled an antenna atop my mobile home. I could like pull in 3 stations and then one only intermittently.

Description of Work: I had an issue with my TV requiring multiple attempts to turn on properly. I did some on-line research and called Schneider to see if they were familiar with the issue. They were, so I chose to drop TV off, paid a $60 evaluation fee (applied to invoice if use their services) and within two days, got the call that the TV was repaired. It cost me an additional $60 but I was pleased with the cost, the responsiveness and the professionalism of the Schneider team. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Initially I brought my dead HDTV in to save the $80 delivery fee. After a few days it appeared to be working again, but after bringing it back home I noted only one input worked. Schneider then came and retreived my TV without delivery fee charge, replaced the main board and returned it to me, The TV has operated flawlessly since.

Description of Work: We told them the issue we were having with our tv and they determined it would be more expensive to fix than the tv was worth. I appreciated the fact that they researched and determined this prior to coming out and charging us for the trip.

Description of Work: My TV would not turn on. I emailed Schneider the symptoms and they correctly diagnosed it as a bad bulb. I stopped in and they changed out the lamp and had me on my way within 5 minutes.

Description of Work: I called to get information on getting my tv repaired. He looked up the model and let me know that based on the manufacture year it was not worth getting it repaired. I appreciated that he was honest enough to tell me this instead of doing the repair to get my money anyway.

Description of Work: I called for help. Schneider referred me to a warranty/ 800 number. They gave the approval. Schneider came with a new part and replaced the old the next day. Excellent service. Reattached all the other components/ plugs.

Description of Work: We brought in two televisions, both old. One had no sound, the second had an intermittent bad picture that dropped off the screen--it was unwatchable. They charged $40 each nonrefundable for looking at them--they told us this over the phone. They also told us it would take a few days. About four days later, they called and told us the first set's picture tube was in such bad shape that there was no point fixing it. They fixed the second for an additional $30. The picture is now wonderful, clear and sharp.
