 + -1 moreWhile I didn't give the job to Mr. Schmidt, I must report that he was pleasant and courteous when he came to my home.
Description of Work: Mr. Schmidt came to my home to see what painting needed to be done. He was pleasant and courteous while we discussed the job. He said that he would telephone me when he had the bid figured. When I didn't hear from him some days later, I left a message on his telephone. He had told me that there was illness in his family so I waited for his call. He called me back to give me a bid. It was higher than another one that I was considering and I decided to have the other company do the job.

 + -1 moreHe was really flexible with making changes and made sure I understood the quoted price would change. His prices seemed reasonable. I have some more painting to be done and will definitely have him quote the job again as he was the most reasonable out of three quotes for this job. The work was done fast, but turned out great.
Description of Work: Painted living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway, stairway and basement.
