Description of Work: I did not feel as if he listen to my medical symptoms. I do not feel that he is aggressive in trying to find out what the cause of my illness was.

I really liked the doctor a lot. They need to work on their scheduling flexibility and their average wait time to see patients.

A friend that is a nurse recommended him to us. He has turned out to be excellent for us. We will continue with him until he retires.

The staff is friendly most of the time. He takes time to tell you everything; he does not rush you through. He is very thorough. His bedside manner is good. His communication could be a little better, especially when I try to get him over the phone. I never had any trouble with their billing.
Description of Work: Dr. Robert R Perez is my primary care physician. I saw him just two weeks ago for bronchitis.

He is very nice and very good. I am very pleased with him. He is very calm. He will take the time to explain things. He is very friendly and thorough. His staff is all very nice. They are very friendly and helpful. His office environment is very pleasant.

He is very good. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit in the office, but I would say relative to other physicians, he is probably no worse than they are in terms of the waiting times involved. He has recommended me to specialists where that is needed, and hasn t delayed doing that, and that gives me greater confidence in him. If I call with a question, 9 times out of 10 I get a response by the end of the day.
Description of Work: Dr. Ludwig is my internist. He has been my physician for about six years.
