This is the second time we have worked with them through the designer Janice. This is a really well-run company. Everyone is nice and professional and easy to work with. Prices were right on, even less than some places. They look at your needs and design a space that will work for you. Installation took less than 2 hours, and they clean up after themselves. Sure enough, when we moved the clothes into the closet, it all fit perfectly with room to grow into. Highly recommend.

Both the sales rep and the installer arrived on time. The sales rep had the design and bid ready for me before she left the house. The installer did the work quickly and cleaned up afterward, so I wouldn't have known he was here.

I visited the showroom on Big Bend and fell in love with their closet systems. I requested an in home design appointment, first available was three weeks later with Christina Roberts. She met me at my house after work and spent about a half hour designing my new master closet. She considered all my particular closet needs in creating the design and spoke with me about options for color, additional pieces, etc. The design and bid was completed on November 12th, and they were running a sale on white through the end of January 2008. I returned the contract on January 15 and scheduled the work for mid-July (I had to wait on a wall repair project before scheduling the closet installation). When my closet repair was done faster than anticipated, I talked to Christina and she scheduled installation on June 10th (about three weeks after I called). I received confirmation of installation and instructions for preparing the area by mail and they called a few days before to confirm. They give you a window of time to expect the installer, and he was right on time. The installation took a few hours and he was so quiet I hardly knew he was working! I paid the total amount after the work was completed. Christina called me to follow up a few days later and I couldn't be more pleased!

They were very nice to work with. They listened carefully to what I wanted to do with the closet. They did the work as specified and were able to finish the project in one day. They were skilled and did a great job.

The project went wonderfully. The designer, Janice, was very helpful, and came up with a very useful design that maximized space and minimized cost. The products are beautiful, and really match the decor of our 80+ yr old home. The installation was painless - they were in and out the same day, and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy and would recommend them highly.

Workers arrived on time and did the work as I was told. No problems with the workmanship. The guys worked without a lunch and promptly finished at 4:30 pm. They hauled away all the old shelving and cleaned the new. Excellent job.

Karen was very patient and helpful in seeking the requirements to provide necessary designs for closets. Karen and her crew accommodated our schedule to set up the installation appointments. The installed closets are nice. However, the BIG SHOCK came in the form of patch-up work done to close the holes left from removing existing shelving. These patched-up holes look really ugly!! I wished that Karen gave an option to paint the walls or recommended us to paint the walls before installing their closets.

Great. My designer took full advantage of the space I had available, and even managed to work around some strange walls and awkward empty spaces. Though the initial design and was later discovered to be terribly unfeasible given the wall placement, she called me to let me know about the changes she proposed to get my input and approval. The installation crew was friendly and were able to salvage the existing shelves and drawers (my sister wanted them for her basement). They took their time trying to level the uneven floors and showed me how to adjust the shelves and what I needed to do to order additional shelves if I so desired. They cleaned up after themselves before they left. Very pleased with the finished product.

I asked the company to match an existing piece exactly (size and appearance). The company sent someone out to measure but the existing piece was not measured. As a result, it took three attempts to install a piece that matched in height and depth. While it was frustrating to spend so much time on what should have been a simple project, the company was pleasant to deal with and responded promptly to my concerns.

Closets are great. I love the pull out drawers and jewelry drawers. I'd probably do a couple of things differently with the design of the office, if I had to do it over again, but it is functional and looks nice. The office staff and installers, are all professional and friendly.

Weve used this company twice;their products are very good and their customer service is outstanding. The installers are very professional and neat. Although weve seen other closet systems that might be similar, we would always go back to this company because of their excellent customer service.

A wonderful experience from meeting with the designer to the installation. Everything was just as ordered and the designer, Janet called to check on satisfaction. The new closet system is great and we're pleased with the service.

THEIR DESIGNER, MARY, CAME TO MY HOME AT THE APPOINTED TIME TO DISCUSS MY NEEDS AND DESIRES FOR ADDITIONAL STORAGE SPACE. AFTER LOOKING AND MEASURING THE SPACES, SHE DREW UP A DETAILED DESIGN AND SUBMITTED A QUOTE WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF ARRIVING. THE INSTALLATION TIME WAS SCHEDULED AFTER I AGREED TO THE PRICE AND DESIGN. THE INSTALLER WAS ON TIME AND TOOK ABOUT 5 HOURS INSTALLING BOTH CLOSETS. HE CLEANED UP AND PATCHED THE HOLES IN THE DRYWALL FROM THE SHELVING THAT WAS REMOVED. HE DEMOSTRATED THE FUNCTION OF SHELVING AND DRAWERS IN THE NEW CLOSETS BEFORE LEAVING. THE NEW CLOSETS GAINED 60% MORE STORAGE SPACE THAN THE EXISTING CONFIGURATION. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS PROFESSIONAL FROM FIRST CONTACT TO COMPLETION.

THE DESIGNER WORKED CLOSELY WITH ME ON ALL FOUR SPACES TO DESIGN, TWEAK AND PERFECT THE CABINETRY AND SHELVING WE WANTED TO HAVE INSTALLED. THE INSTALLERS WERE ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL, SHOWED UP ON TIME, GOT THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THE PRODUCT IS VERY NICE QUALITY AND THERE WERE NICE CHOICES FOR CABINET PULLS, CROWN MOLDING, ETC. I WOULD HEARTILY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO EVERYTHING I TOLD THEM. THEY DID A GREAT JOB, WERE VERY CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THEIR MEN COMING IN AND OUT OF OUR HOUSE. THEIR DISCOUNT HAD LAPSED, SO I TOLD THEM I WANTED TO BE PUT ON THE WAITING LIST FOR THE NEXT TIME THE DISCOUNT WAS AVAILABLE AND THEY ACTUALLY CALLED ME. THEY ALSO WERE ON TIME AND CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, WHICH IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE WE WORK. IT WAS A REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. BOTH CLOSETS WERE FINISHED IN ONE DAY AS PROMISED. SALES STAFF IN DISPLAY AREA AT OFFICE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. EVERYONE ENCOUNTERED WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.
