Excellent communication and service

Norm is personable and took the time to explain in detail everything he found on the home. He won't treat you like a know-nothing moron like some inspectors will. He encouraged us to follow through with a structural engineer because of some scary deck structures that go over an active creek. We did. We're glad we did. We also chose the structural engineer using HomeAdvisor and have been very pleased. Norm got our report out to us in the time we needed despite getting ill. He is easy to reach, easy to speak with and has loads of knowledge to add to your decision-making matrix on a house purchase. We would definitely recommend using him.
