He took the time to walk me through everything he was doing and even offered up some maintenance suggestions for after I moved in. His expertise was invaluable and I will absolutely use him again on my next home purchase.

Very through. Prompt. I showed him around the house, and he went through the entire house on his own. Afterwards he showed me areas of concern, and even gave suggestions. Reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend Norm to my friends.

Very knowledgeable. Moisture in the house we were buying scared other buyers away so we offered a lot less than the seller was asking. Sage identified the problem as just downspouts directing water right back towards the house and not something big or foundation related. Good to know we got a bargain on a house with a dry basement.

I hired Sage to do a pre-inspection of my home before listing for sale. Sage identified some problems in the kitchen that I was planning to remodel myself. I was able to fix it inexpensively BEFORE I installed a wall tile backsplash and cabinetry/counters. It saved me a lot of money and headaches. Will definitely use Sage again when buying my next house.
