+ -1 moreIt took them a week to come out and diagnose the problem. Then over the course of the next 10 weeks they made appointment after appointment but never showed. They could not be reached by phone. When they finally came out and replaced the compressor they failed to properly charge it and so it never cooled properly. We finally hired another company that completed the repair in a few days.
Description of Work: They were to repair a refrigerator under a warranty contract with LG.
