He was identified termite destruction in an area that was hard to find I.e. The sil plate.

B&S came in and performed a thorough inspection of a property we are under contract to purchase. They were very knowledgeable and explained exactly what they were looking for regarding the termite inspection. Bob took the time to point out a tunnel that he found and as he continued to search, he kept us updated on any additional signs he saw (none). He did recommend a treatment because the basement was finished and, although he looked in the drop ceilings, there is a possibility there's something we can't see. I received the report and the quote at the same time at the end of the inspection. He also put in the equipment for the radon test. He will go back and retrieve the equipment and provide a report when the test is completed after two days. I expect this to be as detailed as the termite inspection was.

They came to do the treatment on the appointment day, drilled all the slab areas, and treated the surface around the house. They provided a transferable warranty for their service.

I have grown to know the guy that comes and sprays. I always ask for him so it is more of a relationship and not a new person each time.

Service technician arrived on time and performed requested service. He explained length of time available between treatments and answered all my questions. He was very informative and helpful and I plan to use their services quarterly to maintain a bug-free home.

Arrived on time. Did a complete walk around for evidence of termites. We added on a general spraying for $50.

THEY COME 3-4 TIMES A YEAR TO SPRAY FOR BUG CONTROL. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY'RE FAST, TOO. WE'VE BEEN HAVING THEM OUT EVER SINCE WE BOUGHT OUR HOME. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I WAS SO PLEASED THEY WERE ABLE TO WORK WITH THE HOME INSPECTOR HE COULD READ THE TESTING WHEN HE DID OUR INSPECTION.
