I have been a client of Rottler for over 25 years; When I first moved into my new home I was alone with my new baby and 5 year old son. I had just moved in by myself (my husband was out of town) and when I went into the master bedroom I was attacked by a couple of wasps. It was after 5:00 pm and I had to get help...when calling one business after another I was told that no one was available until the next day or that I would have to pay an additional $75 fee because it was after business hours. I called Rottler Pest Control and Mike Rottler answered the phone and when I told him my problem he said he would be right over and not to worry. Mike found a hive of wasps in the attic of our new built home and he was stung twice while taking care of exterminating them. I was able to sleep in my new home without the fear of being stung or having my children stung. From that day on I vowed I would never call on anyone but Rottler and I am still proud to tell you that Rottler is still cost effective, honest and thorough with their service. They have safe environmental products and we don't have to worry that the house has harmful chemicals sprayed. I have one technician that calls to setup appointments and they provide their phone number for me to personally call if I have any insects or pest issues. If the problem still exists they are right back here to resolve the issues without any additional costs, I think this is a strength of Rottler and the company still reflects the professional, honest support that Mike Rottler provided my family the first time I called him 25 years ago. No need to look any further this is a family owned and reliable business, I'm thankful for Rottler and Mike Rottler still runs things like a Pro!

Great. We had a problem a year or two ago with mice/rats - there were several and proved very tricky to catch, but they kept at it and were here often until fully resolved. This past summer there was a massive hornet nest at 3rd floor soffit - they came and took care of it immediately. Every member of their team who has come for a service has been very professional and knowledgeable.

It did noticeably help with the heating and cooling bills. We scheduled a time and they were there right on the button and were pretty professional. They sent 2 guys out to do the job and they got the job done in about 3-4 hours.

The quality of their work was good. I asked them to make an appointment before coming to my home, so that I could be present during the service. They came out multiple times without notice, even though I called to remind them of my request.

They come out 4 times a year and they will come out if I have any issues. I have been a customer with them for more than 10 years now. I also recommended them to my neighbor and I am very happy with everything. Every single person I have had is really good. I have never been unhappy with anybody.

She didn't report any problem and she didn't have that service from anyone so she can't compare it. They're a recognized company in the area and they performed what they were supposed to.They showed up when they were supposed to.

We had a mouse infestation and the guy who came out for the mouse infestation saw the mice in the unfinished part of our basement and unbelievably told us to leave everything alone and not to move anything because the mice would go else where in our basement. So he told us to leave them alone for about three months until everything was so unbelievably bad in the back part of our basement that I lost any cloths that my mother had cut for me and we lost all sorts of things to wear. It was a complete infection of mice back there and it was so bad by the time I finally came to my senses and fired them. I had to get a crew in to clean up, they put uniforms on to come in and clean up all of the dead mice and everything. It was horrible and it cost me thousands of dollars to have the back part of my basement cleaned up and fumigated and this was all because of Rottler. When I had them come out we had just had a small mouse problem. I had to have a new company come out and try to keep the mice from coming in and a few years later we finally have it all under control. I would not recommend them.

Great personalized service. Dave is my regular provider and works around my schedule and is very punctual,professional, and friendly. I feel very well taken care of & know Rottler is ridding my home of the unwanted little creatures (mice). They are not the least expensive provider but sometimes you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend Rottler for peat removal!

The representative from Rottler looked at the situation we were having and determined we did not have bats nesting in our porch area. They were on time and very professional and didn't sell me something I didn't need. Would definitely call them again.

I had a bat hanging from the branch of a cedar tree roughly 3 feet off of the ground. I could not let my dog outside to use the yard because she was aware of the bat. The bat was there since yesterday and I assumed it was dead. Adam arrived promptly at the estimated time. He told me that the bat was still alive. He was then able to remove it without killing it. I was originally quoted an estimate of $125.00 for removing the bat. Since the bat was removed in a matter of minutes, the cost was reduced to $99.00. Adam was very competent in removing the bat without injury or death to the bat. I really appreciated that because I didn't want the bat killed, just relocated to where I didn't need to worry that my dog would get it. Also I really appreciated that the cost was under $100.00.

Steve showed up. Nice guy. I show damage to soffit and told him I thought squirrels were running around inside the soffit. I want them gone and soffit fixed. He looked in the attic and found no sign of squirrels. The were in the soffit and not the attic. He said he would: Put cages over the 3 roof vents. Put screens over the 2x3 side vents. Trap the squirrels. Repair the soffit for $1250. I ask how much just trap the squirrels and repair the soffit. He said $750. I told him that wasn't going to happen. I bought a box of .22 caliber pellets. Killed about 25 squirrels in my yard. I killed everyone of them to insure I got the ones in the soffit when they came out to feed. After 2 weeks without seeing any squirrels and not hearing them inside the soffit, I had the soffit repaired for $40. My total cost was less that $50 and I had Mulligan Stew. I thought they were way too high. We then cancelled our termite program that we had for 10 plus years. I've now switched to ABC Insect control for bug spraying at my home and 5 rental properties. Because of this outrageous bid, they've lost a lot of business from me.

We had previously been told there were termites in our garage. Setting up an appointment with Rottler was very easy, and they confirmed the details by email right away. They arrived promptly and did a thorough inspection of the garage and house. There were no pests but she was very informative about how to prevent pests from getting in the house and what to look for in the future in terms of termite damage. The inspection took about 30 minutes and I was impressed they provide this service for free!

They explain everything very well and are a full-service company. They have also fortified the house to prevent animals from getting in and are competitively priced.

We've been using Rottler for about a year now for mole control. Before Rottler, the moles were having a wonderful time digging up my yard. Now I'm doing the digging to plant plants, etc.

They arrived within the appointment window. They inspected the attic. I thought it might be squirrels. Turns out it was mice. They were able to give me some good advice and treatment options. If I can't get rid of them myself, I will definitely be calling them to do the job for me.

Better than we thought with the heat treatment only had to remove pets, plants, anything wax, and spray cans of any type. No major clean up after service, just vacuuming and wash beddings.

Went fine. Professional as always.

CALLED IN THE AFTERNOON 1 DAY AND THEY WERE HERE THE NEXY DAY. THEY ASKED LOTS OF QUESTIONS AND DID WORK ALL OVER AND AROUND THE HOUSE. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND INFORMATIVE ON WORK.

I have used Rottler for several years and am completely pleased with their service. They use good products and will come any time you need them at no additional charge.

They are very prompt, efficient, and do what they are supposed to do. They are also neat and clean. They send the same rep everytime.

Completed first step in annual lawn care program. A few days in advance, the technician called to let me know he was coming. He arrived on the stated day, performed the service and left me a detailed description of his work. The technicians have been very helpful in answering my questions.

3-24-14 -- Rottler tech Adam showed up at the appointed time and was professional and knowledgeable about the subject matter. The rub came about with using the $35.00 Angie's Coupon for money off the initial visit. That put Adam in the middle having to speak to several of his people. I eventually talked with the telephone sales clerk I had originally spoken with to set up the appointment. She said she told me the initial visit of $194.00 INCLUDED the Angie coupon. I told her that wasn't the case. That would mean the the initial visit would cost $229, which even at $194 is pretty pricy. Eventually she told Adam to accept $159.00, the original quoted price minus the $35.00. I did go ahead and engage their bimonthly visit program at $89 every other month.

The initial service was $330. I like working with them. I used them years ago for pest control.

We live out in the country so it's hard to get rid of the mice because they are always so close to the house. It was worth the price. I went with Rottler Pest Control because they had such a great rating on Angie's List. I would use them again if I had to.
