It takes them about an hour to complete spraying whenever they come in. They are good and they take care not to damage any of the property. Their appearance, demeanor, punctuality, and conduct are good. After they started coming in to check on the pests I have had no problems.

I think they are professional. They call before they come. They always do what they say that they are going to do. What I like about them is whenever you want them, you can just call them and they would come out and also, the fact that they go out of their way to resolve any issues that is pointed out to them. Their pricing is good as well.

Rottler Pest & Lawn Solutions are pretty good. They are nice and do a good job. They are good about telling us when things are due. I am not absolutely sure of the exact price. We have had absolutely no problems with them. We will continue to use Rottler Pest & Lawn Solutions for our pest control needs.

A opossum decided to adopt us and had moved in to an area underneath our front porch. We needed him removed ASAP. A Rottler tech came out, set up a compassionate, no-kill trap and within 72 hours, we were opossum free!!

They are pretty responsible and thorough. We have been using them since July, when we purchased this house. The treatments do seem to be working, as we no longer have the brown recluse spiders.

The technician that came to the house was knowledgeable and very helpful. He walked through the entire interior and exterior with me explaining as we went along. I was happy with the initial service and have scheduled maintenance as well.

I try not to use chemicals but found the mosquitos to be too much to handle. I can now go out in my yard without being attacked. The deck carpenter bees seem to be gone.

It seems to work out, we haven't had any problems. If we ever do have a problem though, they would come out in between visits. The approximate cost listed is what we pay per visit. We will continue to use them.

I have used this company for the past fifteen years. They provide quality service that deserves customer loyalty. If you have any problems, you can give them a call and they will be right out to take care of it.

They are excellent! No problems whatsoever! They came out once for me before my service was due since I was having some problems. They come every other month unless I call them to come sooner.

I called the company on a Saturday morning and they scheduled someone to come out on Tuesday, so they were very responsive. The girl on the phone did not seem to be happy that I only wanted one treatment instead of a series of treatments over the year. She crispy informed me that since I would not sign up for the multiple treatments that they could not "guarantee" the treatment. If it didn't work I would have to pay for another treatment at full price. I had to insist that I did not want a yearly plan. I also asked that the person come to the house during a specific 2 hour window. She told me that was fine, but she scheduled it on the the paperwork from 9-3. The man came to spray before anyone was home. Fortunately the man that came was wonderful. He started work before someone was home and he called me on the cell to see exactly what I wanted done. The man who came out was very helpful and professional. Overall the service part of the call went very well, however, the staff on the phone was less than optimal. The ants had to go, but the price was too high, and the phone staff less than friendly otherwise they would have gotten an A.

They were on time, very courteous, and helpful. They did a great job and they were exceptionally professional. They protected my furniture and respected my home while they did their job.

This is a superior company. They were the only company that really inspected my house (other companies relied on me to know where the pests were). They used the most advanced termite treatment approach and were the only ones confident enough to provide a warranty against future damage. They patiently answered all questions and showed substantial knowledge about termites, insects, wildlife, and extermination options. They arrived on time. They finished within 90 minutes. They were very professional. All workers took their shoes off or wore shoe covers when they entered my house (without being asked). They were not the lowest bidder, but their superior service was worth it.

The exterminating went okay, but not the wildlife removal.

The spent a lot of time explaining their program and the different types of systems they had. The gentleman that came out did a very good job and was very professional. Everyone that came out was very friendly. I couldn't say enough nice things about them. They have successfully followed up on their every-other-month inspection promise.

They ended up having a monthly service but I'm going to discontinue it. It wasn't quite what I wanted. I wanted someone to come in and get rid of the moths instead of having a full term care contract. It's just not a good fit. It's a different person every time.

We've had the house sprayed several times before by independent pest control people, but continued to see spiders throughout the house. Since Rottler came several weeks ago, we haven't seen any bugs. The technician who sprayed inside of the house wore protective shoe covers so that his shoes wouldn't mess up the floors. He was very careful when spraying in the attic--he covered all the clothes in the closet with the attic access so as not to get dust on the closet contents. The inside technician also treated crawl space areas which were not immediately apparent and even found a few areas where spider nests were hiding that I had previously not found. The outside technician sprayed the perimeter of the house and took down all of the spider webs along the roof line. I was pleased with the service and have contracted with them for quarterly service. The initial treatment was $170, subsequent treatments will be about $80.

The first time they came, they sprayed inside the house too, like pipes and bathrooms. Now, it's mainly outside. I like them because we have no problems now and also because they always do what they have to do.

I have a regular contact person that I keep in touch with and his name is Adam. He is great. I even have his cell phone number and anytime I need him, I can call. They have been very responsive and accommodating when I need them to be. I highly recommend them.

With the onset of hiring them, they attempted the least restrictive measures possible. When these failed, they had to be more aggressive by setting traps to assure the departure of them. They are very easy to work with and understand my frustrations. The cost is based on a monthly fee.

I was definitely displeased with Rottler. My yard had bare patches after they had seeded and I had to call them to ask them to come back and reseed. I definitely do have to question their experience. In their behalf, they did try to be responsive, but they were simply ineffective.

I like the service they provide. The chemicals are odor-less and the crew is very professional. They come back out quickly if I see a problem. I haven't had a problem with mice or other pests now that they provide the monthly care.

They do a nice job. They are careful to use chemicals that don't have an odor and are not harmful to pets. They are very punctual and respectful of my home and property. They are available to come out in between regularly schedule appointments if I have any problem.

I think their prices are very reasonable for the quality of service that you get from them. They also provide a service that will put up as well as store Christmas lights for your home. They are a great company!
