They come in the winter too because of the spider traps and things like that in case my cat's are bringing in stuff. I don't know how the price compares to every body else. To me it's quite a bit because I'm on a teachers pension.

They're my regulars, I am under contract with them. I can call them anytime I need them. I live in an area where we can get a lot of critters. These guys come in and help me. They have a service like some of the big companies, but these guys are local. They come at the end of the month every other month. They will be back in August. Under contract, within that two month period, if anything happens you call them and it's covered. They're awesome, they're great. I have been with them forever. Their price is a little high, but I think the bigger companies are more, I don't know. I get the same guy every time. He is a regular on my route, Mike. He comes in, He calls me up ahead of time. He says " Hey, young lady I'm coming out. How's tomorrow around whatever it is." They're great. They are local. They are well known in the area. They are not a national service. He has been my guy forever. His listen is in Entomology. He knows everything about bugs. He has helped me trap a chipmunk once that was running around my house.

Seems to have gone well. I'm happy with the service so far.

Rottler inspector was an entomologist and was AMAZING! He didn t try to sell us something we didn't need and had recommendations for things to do first. Although it turned out that we don't require their services right now (excepting the fact that every home should really have a treatment plan in place), I WILL be calling them when we are in a place to actually have their services make more sense - we have some other maintenance matters to manage that are higher priority and will aid in prevention. I am super happy I called them and they gave me some peace of mind and recommendations at no charge. He really made my day! :)

I've got a mole problem and have been using this company to help control the issue. They use both traps and poison and the service has worked out so far. If you have any activity, you just have to call them and they will come straight out.

They were very professional, explained everything, walked us through their work, and have consistently followed up. Mice were just about completely gone within a few weeks. I would definitely hire again.

Overall the work seems pretty good, the grass is green and the weeds are dying. My only concern was the initial billing. I had a $35 off coupon from Angie's list. Even though I emailed the coupon to the sales rep, it was not taken off my first invoice and I was billed the full amount. I called later in the evening to give it a dress and I was assured it will get sent to the sales person. After about a week of it not getting credited I called back again. This person was awesome. She assured me it would get taken care of and also agreed to call me back when it was confirmed. About 15 minutes later I got a callback from her assuring me that everything was resolved. About two days later I saw the credit come back on my credit card.

The issue was resolved. However, the process was not clearly explained up front. Also, I never knew when the service man would be there and animals were left in the traps thus keeping animals inside from getting out which was the whole point of the service.

Not great. They got a mouse (good thing) but we continued to have bugs entering the house. We paid extra for flying pest control, the guy wanted to skip the treatment. Too much money for too little return.

My wife came home and saw all the bugs and said I had to get rid of the bugs. They came in and took care of it and that is why I signed up with them. I'm don't really know what exterminators charge but I'm pretty sure they aren't cheap but I didn't have any problem with the price. I haven't had any signs of insects problem in or outside the house. They are a local company so when you call them, they usually come pretty fast and do what they need to do. I think when I called them they were here within a half hour. They did what I called them to do so I didn't have any problems with it.

They come out about 3 times a year. I've got like a running deal with them. They come out when the seasons change, 3 or 4 times a year, and they spray and come in and spray and if they find any problems, they take care of it. I haven't had any bug problems for a while so they must be doing something right.

Lawn Care: We have never been pleased with the lawn care. While the grass greened up, little things like clover were never killed. Spot-spraying was supposed to be part of our program, and regardless of how many times I would call and mention clover, nothing was ever done. I sprayed myself and the clover was gone within a day or two, so it was clear there was no effort. That was an annoyance. The bigger issue is crabgrass. I realize crabgrass is difficult to control, but I called several times to ask for treatment when it was in its early stages. After 2-3 times of nothing being done, I finally sent in pictures to the original guy that sold us the program and he had somebody come out. But nothing ever happened. By summer, my front yard was 1/3 covered by crabgrass and it choked out all of the good grass. My plan also included aerate and seed. The aeration was not complete (one entire portion of my yard had not been touched), and the seed was only put down in some spots. I ended up spreading more seed on my own. The areas where seed went down look good now, but half of the front yard was clearly not even touched, so I fully expect to have a bare, weed-infested front yard again this year. Moles: This is the most frustrating part of the service. The first visit went great. Traps and bait were put down, the tech followed up a few days later to check and moved/replaced certain traps. After that, it has been completely downhill. I have to call every time there is activity, because if the guy comes out for his regularly scheduled visit, the tech will always say "checked for new activity and pressed down inactive tracks". If every single time the tech comes out, the tracks are "inactive", then he either didn't do a good job before or they are actually active. Once I complain enough, they come out and put 10-12 traps out, but then never come back to check on them again for 4-6 weeks. Generally they have caught a couple, but there is still new activity. When they come back, the traps are all gone, no new ones put out, and there is still fresh activity. I paid $300 for the initial mole service, $69 per regular visit, and a $75 for each lawn service. I feel I have been completely ripped off and will be canceling my service and demanding my money back.

They are good about comments and questions about anything everything.

They come out and check the bait things.

Field technician was great. He evaluated the nest and determine that it was gone. An animal had destroyed it. He was here about 15 minutes. He returned my check for $150 because no hornets anymore. I was very surprised to not have to pay for his visit. This was the second time that I had used the company for hornets. I will recommended to others.

A year ago, there was an initial fee of $600. They had to drill through my patio, front porch, and garage floor and put down chemicals. The quality of their work looks fine. There are no problems.

They are doing okay. They charge $100 every time they come out. That is part of the ongoing warranty of the termite control. The service is fine. I just thought their pricing might be a little on the high side. I have not seen any bugs. I basically use them all the time.

Adam came to our home for a termite inspection. He was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. he explained the different options that are available to us in the future. I will definitely call Rottler for our pest control needs.

I would use them in the future. I forgot my appointment but the technician always came back and made the appointment up.

Everything thing went well, loved the professionalism and knowledgeable information provided by the technician.

They were very responsive in that I called on Friday and someone came to the home on Monday. It was cheaper to buy the entire package of 200.00 for first spray including the entire home for other pest and 89.00 in 30 days then 89.00 every other month. There are no contracts so we can stop service at any time. Today they sprayed and seemed to do a good job. Will update later as the true result will be if the bees are no longer eating at our deck and swing.

I really liked their service and the people. I have used them several times and I plan on using them again in the future.
