They're awesome. They're very friendly. The technicians they send out really take care of you and make sure everything is done properly. They have the right equipment for the job they're doing. Anything you need for pest control they will take care of it.

I signed up for Rottler's term alert quarterly pest control. Used it for nearly 10 years. For the last couple years I started wondering why the technician would not leave a note confirming this service was completed every 3 mo's. I would receive a call saying they would be coming out but more and more I had no confirmation. I had used them for several years and they did do a couple things above and beyond that I gave them the benefit of the doubt. At one point I had called and asked if I should expect a note in the door as I had always had confirming services and was told I should. After a couple more no notiifications I refused to pay my qtrly explaining I had no way of knowing if they were in fact completing services. They apologized up and down and credited my account. We get into winter time and I get a call from technician that they would be out the next day. It had snowed the day of the call so I looked outside to see if there were any footprints in the snow. None I called 2 days later and told them not to set foot on my property and to cancel my service That day after I called I did have footprints around about half of my house and of course no notification So were they performing services? I'll never know. It does appear they at least they do a half of a job for $82/qtr. Worth it? There are other companies that do the full job.

We got them through Angie’s List and they have been fine so far. We paid about $60 for their services. We chose them since they were highly rated on Angie’s List. They were on time and they weren’t that expensive. Although, I am still adjusting to St. Louis prices versus Seattle prices. So, I don’t know if that’s high or low, but it is certainly less than it would be in Seattle. It worked fine and they got rid of the spiders. There wasn’t anything good or bad. I thought they were fine. They met my expectations. They were very professional too.

Our Rottler technician comes out every other month to spray for insects. We have not had ants in the house since calling them. They have also treated and monitored our yard for moles since last year. We did not see any mole activity this summer. We have been extremely pleased with Rottler's services.

Rottler came out, making it sound like there was an entire zoo living in the attic. Said there were birds, squirrels, mice, etc. Quoted $1800 for one-time remediation, plus $600/year ongoing. I called a second, reputable critter control firm for another opinion and made sure I was there in person to observe. (The home is rental property, the first time only my tenant was there with the Rottler technician). The second firm confirmed it was only some mice there presently, plus evidence of birds getting in in the past, and charged only $119 for the service call plus $225 to do remediation. Specifically, putting out poison bait in the attic for the mice and closing off the entrances where the birds had gotten in and built a nest before. Exactly what i needed, and they will guarantee their work. Based on my experience, I do not trust Rottler and would not recommend them. I went up in the attic with the second company's technician, and he walked me through and pointed out what was there, and that there would be much different evidence if larger animals (squirrel, c***, whatever) was there. The Rottler tech also said I needed new roof vents, but the second firm's tech inspected them closely and said everything was fine with them, that is not where anything was getting in. Overall, I felt Rottler tried to oversell a job to line their own pockets. I about fell off my chair when I got their quote, and am very pleased that I contacted another specialist firm for a second opinion.

They are very professional. They talk to us to find out exactly what we need. It is a really first class service.

I called and asked if they had been the company the last owners had used for a termite treatment. They said no. I saw good reviews and a coupon on Angie's List and mentioned this and they make an appointment to come out the next day. Rich showed up on time and was clean, neat and very professional. He toured my home pointing out a few pest problems (we knew we had some) and where they were traveling, eating etc. I had some concerns about my dogs getting poisoned or sick and they responded well to them. He reviewed the estimate and I agreed to the program (Intial Treatment of about $250 and then $89 every other month with a visit). Scheduled a time for them to start on Monday. They showed up within the 2 hour window and set 8 traps, sprayed and treated 2 wasp nests. Seemed very professional.

Rich arrived at our appointment time and I walked him through the house where he tracked the ants to several entry points. We then checked the first floor, basement and the perimeter of the house and garage. While in the garage we discovered several brown recluse spiders. The existence of the spiders and exterior ants was no surprise to me and Rich assured me that they could be dealt with in a timely manner. There was no evidence of termite damage but we decided to take preventive measures as the house if 107 years old. Appointments were made for treatments and the gentlemen arrived promptly on both days. The interior ant treatment was pet friendly and worked incredible well, no ant sightings since 2 days after treatment. I have not seen a recluse in the garage and the termite prevention is minimally invasive.

They charge $600 for the whole year. I really can’t say that I like or dislike them, but they knew exactly what our problem was. Therefore, we went with them. He knew about the moles. He actually walked around our house and scene. He showed us exactly how the field mice looks like and that is what it was. He asked me if I found a lot of grass. I said I did. He said that is what they came out for. He was very knowledgeable. They didn’t come out and see what it was. They investigated. They looked around and showed us the site and helped us see it. Their response was pretty good. Once we gave the first down payment, he has been very punctual.

It works fine. They come out every two months and charge me every two months. I signed a contract with them a couple of years ago. I have had very good luck with them. I've had them here for some bees in the past a couple of times. The contract came into being after I had notified them of spiders in the house. On one particular visit they couldn't get in because I was out of town.

They were never able to get rid of moles and the price didn't justify keeping the service for more than two years. Decided the moles won.

I've used them for years and I still have a service agreement with them. They do an excellent job. I haven't had any activity since I've had them so it has been pretty good. I pay per treatment. They come out and are pretty courteous. They will give me a list of anything they see that they may want to do something about or not. I've been with them since 2000 and the price hasn't changed.

ROTTLER PEST SOLUTIONS does a very consistant and nice job. They are a little pricy though.

I have used them for mole, termite and pest control. Their prices seem high to me, but when you find moles and termites, you've got to do something quickly! They were prompt and professional.

So far they have been successful in every task they have undertaken here.

My condo has a problem with brown recluse spiders. Since I moved in back in 2009, Rottler comes every other month to spray for spiders and other insects. Tim , my exterminator, is reliable and always right on time. I have his cell phone number, so if I have a special request or problem, he is very helpful

They do the pest control and mosquito spray. They also down our lawn fertilization about six to seven times a year. They have a good service and I have a good reputation with the tech that comes on the pest spray. He answers any questions that I have. If I see any weeds in between, I can call them and they will come out and spray for it. They are very good on client service.

I recommend them all the time. They are prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. They are a little high on the price. They know what they have to do with respect to their job, so the price is not bad at all. They were always on time. They are very professional. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

I use them through my condo association. I know that they are convenient, easy to use, and easy to work with. I have used them at least once a year for the past six years. I've never really had a bug problem. I mainly use them for preventive maintenance. Their price is excellent.

They are very active in this neighborhood and lots of neighbors use them. They have a good reputation. Nobody has anything negative to say about them. They always treat but nothing particular. We have a house that stacks up the woods especially at the back of the house, so they diligently take care at that part of the house. We haven't had any problems with them.

I wasn't really thrilled with any of the pest control companies that I talked to. Rottler gave me a really big quote. I don't know if they were too busy and didn't feel like doing it. They were 2 1/2 times more expensive than anyone else. He looked from the street and didn't actually go up on the roof and said he knew where the problem was. I had asked him about the location because I have a 3-story house and I thought I knew where it was coming from and he said that was not the location. A few months later someone came and actually took pictures and it wasn't where he thought it was. I didn't have confidence that he was interested in getting my business. The quote was to trap and seal up a very small area. I didn't have the work done and the squirrels are back so I'm going to have to do the work but it won't be with Rottler. He was responsive but he didn?t really seem interested in what I had to say. It might have been a fluke because everyone was busy at that time.

They were not able to get rid of our moles. They seemed to be pretty professional but they never informed me of when they were coming, all they would do it put a bill on my door. For all I knew, they were just dropping a bill off. They were professional but never really did what they were supposed to. They maybe caught one out of 100, and I do know that they are very difficult to get rid of but it's what I was paying them to do.

Originally called due to an infestation of carpenter ants in the trees in my backyard and then finding them trying to enter my house. We also had other nuisance ants & silver fish occasionally this summer. A month in to the service, we have seen a noticeable absence of the insects. As for the initial meeting and our service tech (two different individuals), both are great. The person whom we signed the contract was very informative, open and friendly. Willing to answer all our questions. As for our service tech, he was prompt and very friendly. He is assigned to our area, and is supposed to be the one who will do all the scheduled visits. So far, so good. Highly recommend - and they are locally owned/operated company (a type of company I prefer to deal with).

I did not realize that I did not own the Sentricon stations; my payment of $993 was for installation of the stations ($399) and one year's prepaid monitoring and spraying at $49.50 per month ($594 per year). When my prepaid contract expired and automatically renewed to the minimum cost of $594/yr I cancelled my contract, (the manager did refund the first $99 charge because I was not "satisfied".) The manager also pointed out that he thought there was something on the (unsigned) back of the contract about the equipment not being owned, and he was correct. I turned the contract over, and there is a sentence on the (unsigned) back of the contract, in the pre-printed verbage, which states "...All equipment and or devices placed in, on, or around the structure remain the property of Rottler..." I suggested to him that is an important sentence to point out to the customer and it should be on the (signed) front of the contract. I checked with other highly rated pest control companies and found prices 1/2 of what Rottler charges.

They call me when they are ready to come out and schedule the spray and then they take care of the spraying and bill my credit card.
