Description of Work: After trying to control roaches and waterbugs in the house -- and often failing -- we started using Rottler's quarterly treatment plan. We have been on the plan for several years now, and have been almost completely bug-free. On the first visit, they treated both inside and outside the house. Since then, they have come back quarterly to treat just the outside -- all that's needed as long as we don't see anything inside. On just a couple of occasions, we saw a roach or two in the house. But when Rottler comes by to treat, they ask if there are any problems and are always willing to treat again inside the house. On those couple of occasions, we elected not to have that done. No regrets. We'll keep using Rottler for the peace of mind.

+ -1 moreThey do a super thorough job; they will come back between services. They come home every other month. If I see a bug, he will come back and there is no in between charge, which I love. They are fast, reliable, personable and trust worthy. My husband does not have to follow them to see if the job was done or not.

+ -1 moreWe switched to them from another well-known company because they couldn't remove the ants from our home. This company got rid of the ants. They provide me with service every two months. I can call them back as many times as I need. I recommend them. They were very professional. They didn't have to keep coming back. They did what they promised they would do. The prices were much cheaper than other companies.

The service was very prompt (someone came to assess our home the day we called and we had someone installing traps the following day) and everyone we dealt with was professional. Zack came out and assessed our rodent problem and explained in detail how he was going to help us take care of it. He even made some suggestions about things we could do to speed the process. He did exactly what he said he would do, answered my many questions, and was friendly and polite throughout the process. The cost was exactly what we had been quoted and was well worth it to have an entirely rodent-free home again.

They were very good in advising me of that. They were not trying to take advantage of anything. I rate them pretty highly. I would recommend them highly for lawn service and pest control.

I didn't have any more termites once they started the treatment. If I have a problem, I call and they come out within the day. He calls and tells me when he is coming, but I never know he's been here until I find the little notation pad. He is very professional. I will continue to use them.

+ -1 moreIt was a Sunday night and I had a disaster so I started calling and they were the first ones who would come quickly. I have had another company out and they missed the termites. They were charging me a monthly fee but I still had termites. So I looked for somebody else. I am really pleased with Rottler Pest & Lawn Solutions. I haven’t had them out for termites but they go around the house and the garage looking for any insects. I had two crickets in the basement and they fixed that. They check for mice. I use them every month and will continue to use them.

+ -1 moreWhen I see them around, I continue to buy poison from them until just recently. If anybody wants to know, I always recommend them. I think they charged me like a $100 to come out and assess my problem, and install poison feeder and stuff for the rats. I don’t know if the price was high or low or whatever, but I didn’t care. I just wanted to get rid of the creatures. I will use their services again in the future.

(From the technician) Also there is at times a slight discrepancy of information from the office as compared to the technician. Nothing major, and it all works out in the end. I am very pleased with this company actually!
Description of Work: A thorough extermination to be rid of ants, spiders, etc. Very professional, although I am not here of course while the treatment is being completed, the results have been really good overall.

+ 0 moreThey did this service for free of charge. We have also used them once before in the past when we had a wasp problem. The man that came out was very professional and did his job even though it took him a couple trips to take care of the problem.

They did fine. They called in advance so that we could be there to open up and everything else was fine. They were good. Their price is high but they do a good job. We might use them again.

+ -1 moreI am moving into a new home which backs to a great deal of woods, I was concerned about insects and possible rodents. Rottler sent out their Technician who is a GREAT, PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE names Tom. He immediately did an inspection and treated. He gave us his card to call him anytime I saw a problem. We noticed that the next day there was disturbance of one of the traps that he set and I called him first thing Monday morning and he stopped everything that he was doing and came right back out! This is what I call excellent service. He scheduled a time to come back the same week to make sure that my little four legged friend was meeting his demise.
