They spray inside and outside. They do it all. They are a great company. You can call them if you have any problems in between sprays. Mike Williams usually does our house. He's extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. They go above and beyond the call of duty. They call before they come as well.

Pest control for inside and outside of home. Serviceman was very professional and helpful. Also punctual. I am still using them for pest control maintenance every other month. I think their prices are a bit high but I appreciate being able to call them if I have a problem and there is no additional charge.

Rottler was easy to work with to schedule the appt, they arrived on time, and they completed the inspection. When I purchased my house 4 years earlier as part of the initial inspection, termite activity was seen and the prior homeowner did the treatment where they drilled through the concrete with another company that cost $400. I was told I should do an annual inspection to ensure that there was no re-occuring termite activity. I called the same company that the prior homeowner used the following year, they only 'inspected' for five minutes and charged me $95 for doing so. I did not get inspection the next two years since I did not want to spend that much for so little. So I was very grateful that Rottler does free inspections and did a good job with it. Lesson learned, do not pay for inspections.

After purchasing a home that had Rottler's services, I continued the termite and overall pest service. They have a yearly plan that charges $53. quarterly. I will retain that service. It is easy to obtain an appointment and they come out to take care of any pest problem. Jerry was very professional, easy to talk with, and knows his stuff. I would recommend this company.

They checked a trap they set on a regular basis, and when they were sure all the squirrels were out, they closed it up. I was very satisfied with their work. They even removed two dead squirrels when they came to do the estimate.

This was the only company that I have found to be any good because they do a fantastic job. I've been using them for a year now.

Their prices aren't bad. They are a little higher than we would like to pay but they are not crazy high. They usually come when they say. We would recommend them.

If I do see any bugs I call them and they come out and take care of the situation and they don’t charge for that, it’s a part of their service. They have been very good, very knowledgeable and attentive.

I have had a Sentricon system for 10 years and this summer termites came through the system and I found them in a sun room wall . After spraying twice - before and after I had a section of a wood tongue and grove wall removed, a supervisor came to make an evaluation and take pictures the same day I called to express my concern. He called the next business day to say that Rottler would be resposible for repairing the damage. He came the following day with the head of a remodeling company to show him the damage and make an appointment. He came the next week on schedule and did an amazing job quickly and neatly. He returned 3 times for minor touch ups, his idea of doing a good job. This was a problem that got worse every time some one looked at it, but Rottler really stepped in and took over. They even reimbursed my expense for removing the first piece of the wall. This was handled with integrity, courtesy, and efficiency.

They do a good job and keep all the bugs away.

They charge $175 for the first visit then it is $89 quarterly. The initial visit was just going through the house addressing concerns putting out traps to see what kind of pests were around. They have a 24 hour service call so if we need to call there is someone there to answer our phone. The technicians are always incredibly courteous and respectful. The billing and the office work is also very courteous and respectful.

They seemed really professional and efficient.

I had a family member that had an outstanding balance with Rottler, so I offered to pay the bill. After I paid the bill, I told Rottler to keep my credit card on file in the event that I helped pay again in the future, but instead, they transferred the billing into my name, even though I have never personally used their services. Not long thereafter, I closed that credit card account and didn't think a thing about it. Because I have credit monitoring, I was made aware that a bill remained unpaid for my family member, only because Rottler sent the bill to collections in my name. When I became aware of this, I contacted Rottler directly and was told that it would be removed immediately from my credit report. I paid the bill, even though it was my family member's, in order to protect my credit and so that there could be no dispute as to it being unpaid in my name. The debt still remains on my credit reports although it now says "paid". I have requested that it be removed multiple times. This was NEVER my debt - I was simply nice enough to help pay someone else's bill. I guess once I paid it, they had no incentive to follow through on their commitment to remove it from my credit. BEWARE this company!

They are a local company and we have been with them for a couple of years. Depending on what they do I pay between $65 and $100 dollars.

I pay about $100 a year. They will come inside if I need them to but generally the foundation spray is all that is required. They provide a valuable service for me and my family. They have addressed every issue that we've had regarding pests. They have also provided some helpful suggestions because we had a raccoon problem. I will absolutely continue to use them.

It was a little over priced. I don't think the guy was here for even an hour. I don't have a huge home. The only reason I paid the money out for the service was because I knew that the carpenter ants could do damage to the structure of my home. I thought the guys who came out for the service were fine, they didn't get stuff all over my floors and they went wherever I asked them to go. As for responsiveness, I called one day, they had the salesman out the next; within the next couple of days the service man came out. Scheduling was based more on my availability than their's. It went fine but I would only use them for something major, not for regular upkeep.

They are excellent. The guy who went the first time was very prudent. They are easy to work with. They are good I don’t see any bugs in our house.

Hayden came within 48 hours of us calling. He answered all of our questions (plus some), and gave us his contact info should we have questions/issues after his departure. Our problem has been resolved, just as guaranteed!!

They sprayed for termintes last year, and they just set more traps again this year as maintinance. We have not had any come back. We've been using them for more than a year.

Everything is excellent. The price is excellent. The quality of the work is very good.
