They are on Angie's List and have a lot of good reviews. They are very well known in our area. They are thorough and very good. Their treatments seem to be doing the trick. They are very reliable and call to set up an appointment when they are supposed to. Treatments are supposed to be every two months so they are very reliable, prompt and thorough.

They were very professional, will come back between visits and will use them again in the future.

Excellent service. The tech calls ahead to see if we have questions or new problems. Most importantly -- no bugs in the house.

Excellent! They installed and took back down the lights as promised. They even put up one of our personal wreathes over the garage for us. We had a hangar installed for the wreathe last year but we don't have a ladder tall enough to get to where it needs to be hung. Since they were going right past that spot, I asked them if they would mind hanging it. No problem! They hung it right up for us, and during dismantling time, took it down and left it at the door! My only problem was that they took it down on January 2, which was when my next-door neighbor had their lights removed. We like them up at least until January 6. The installers said to just call the office next year and have that fact noted on our order. We certainly will do that!

I am floored by their professionalism and courtesy! And their generosity! They obviously went the EXTRA STEP at their expense to make sure I had a wreath I was happy with!

They seem expensive and I need to call around and compare. Its hard to find out when your lights are going to go up because they just tell you as soon as possible, but when they do the job it's good. They put the lights up right and they look very good and professional and then they come and take them down.

They are very timely and make an appointment with us if they have to come inside. They are responsive to calls if we see bugs in the house.

They were great. I would definitely use them again.

Technician came out and investigated pest smell in our home. He decided that it was a dead mouse in the wall. He inspected for other signs of mice and found none.

They were very attentive to our needs. They came right away and took care of things.

Overall, the service performed was good. My complaint is with the price. I think they're over-priced. Also, I was not real wild about them debiting my account for $89.00 every 3 months. I would prefer to be billed & pay by check or on-line.

The service person came to our home, we talked a bit about what was going on. He went outside, and into our attic, taking about 20 minutes, then described the problem and what he would do to rectify the situation. He left behind poison feeders and I have continued to use them for several years. No more scratching in the walls.

They charged us $750 for putting the lights up, taking them down, and storing them. They are easy to work with. They come and do it and I don't have to worry about it. It's wonderful!

Our overall experience was great. I would recommend them to anyone.

As Rottler was already our pest control solution provider, we requested them to do the job of removing the animals from the attic space. The process was executed quickly using a humane trap. After a week the cage was removed and a fix put in place to the entry point at a soffit seam. Unfortunately the correction to the soffit did not correct the problem long-term as we detected more squirrels a few weeks ago. We did not renew the warranty of the animal removal.

i was thoroughly impressed with the overall service. I have had different companies in other states that are available here in St. Louis but Rottler is the best, most thorough and politest company with which I have ever dealt. The knowledge that I can call them to come for an extra time if I see ants in the home or any other infestaion without additional cost is an added benefit.

It's been a pleasure working with Rottler. While they may not be the cheapest, their customer service is fantastic and they get the job done. I've tried some of the major companies out there, and compared to Rottler the other companies are inferior. I'm very happy with the choice I made in switching to Rottler.

We wanted a preventative termite treatment performed and decided to purchase their termite treatment/pest control package. They treat the house with "Termidor" for termites, installed exterior termite monitoring stations, and also performed a general bug spray. They will come back every 2 months to respray the house for bugs and check termite stations (retreat area with termite chemical if they see any termite activity). The cost is a little more than the other bids I got, but unlike the others it includes routine bug spraying and a termite warrenty that will cover repairs of any damage caused by termites after treatment (up to $250,000). This was the only company that included repairs as part of the warrenty, the others just covered re-treatment costs. Rich performed the inspection and gave the quote, he patiently answered a million of my questions and grilling about the warranty. Gene lead the crew that treated the house, he was also patient with my additional questions. Both guys were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I'm looking forward to continued good service from this company.

July: Initial service was performed which included Dusting of the attic space, Interior/Exterior power spray and aerosol fogging. Based on my research I wasn't surprised to discover new holes in cotton clothing after the initial treatment. I made a total of four (2 Rebecca/ 2 Will) phone calls in July regarding the issue and was told to give the treatment time to work as the product is residual. August: Reported new issue found to Will- Tech( Roach in garage). Will told me he would get back with me and take care of the newly reported issue along with the outstanding issue of the newly discovered holes. Aug 20th Matt- Manager and Will -Tech came out to discuss the ongoing issue, treated the attic space for the second time and placed numerous glue boards around the home to help find the pest causing all of the damage. To date I have only found one carpet beetle in a window sill. Matt and Will explained that they weren't comfortable putting too much product down because at this point its really hard to determine what is actually causing the damage without seeing the bugs. **7/31/2012 Bi-Monthly treatment was performed to the exterior of the home. September: Were still discovering new holes in clothing. Will treated the house with (IGR) 9/13. Matt-Manager and Jay-Entomologist came out (9/26) to view some of the destroyed clothing and to take another look around the house to see what else could be done at this point. Matt and Jay agreed that they couldn't conclude that the damage being done was pest related. Since that time I was unable to reproduce the same holes from washing and drying clothing. I did discover some of the markings on the clothing did come from the dryer, but didn't make holes. October: I called Matt- Manager and informed him that a nelwy purchased shirt that I hung in the bedroom closet has new holes after one week. He has agreed to treat our home again the first week of November. Overall they have been responsive, professional and punctual. My only concern is the ability to find the source of this issue. It appears that were chasing our tails by not locating the source. The home is being treated, but within about 30 days were seeing newly discovered holes in clothing. Not sure that we will ever find the source.

Nice guy came out and sprayed. asked about problem with mice and wildlife and was given vague idea as to what they could do.
