I use them all the time. They do a fairly thorough search for both termites and pests. I’m very happy with them. I’ve been using them for 4 years. They’re very friendly, very thorough, and expert in what they do. I believe their pricing is high.

Rottler always left me a message the day before coming out to let me know they were coming. They would also spray the inside of my house, if needed. Most days they came while I was at work and checked the outside. They also frequently cleared spiderwebs and wasp nests from my deck area. The service was great and there wasn't a bug inside my house the entire time I had the service.

Steve was very professional and very helpful . Even though I opted not to have the service/trapping suggested, I will rest easy knowing I have a reliable company if I need them in the future and will not hesitate to call them.

I have been very satisfied with the service. There was a slight disconnect between the sales person and the workers. I paid for two types of treatment and the workers told me that they usually don't do both treatments. They did honor the original deal. They have been very professional and I am very pleased.

I have used rottler for about 3 years.....at $99 every two months....I asked them to spray for spiders in my barn apartment....they refused to do it because it wasnt part of the main house....... I had them treat for mice.....and still have that problem this morning we found a wasp nest in one of the upstairs bedrooms...... for $50 a month for pest service I was very dissappointed with their attitude and obviously the lack of attention to detail I cancelled service with them and am looking for a new provider....

The visit went very well. Rebecca, the tech that came to our home, was very professional, thorough, and personable. She explained the termite treatment service in detail, insurance provided, as well as follow-up care.

I did feel pressured to sign a contract right then right now. I liked the salesman, but he did use pressure to sign. You must also sign for bug spraying, even though our problem was a few mice. I have been pleased that I have not seen many insects around. The technician did find that the mice were eating the poison in the basement, although we have never seen them. I haven't had any more problems with the mice droppings appearing anywhere, so I assume this problem is eliminated. We did have to sign a contract for a year. I am glad we hired them. They eliminated the problem which is what we wanted. I do not like the fact that a contract for a year must be signed and buy spraying is mandatory.

Will is a great representative of Rottler. He is very professional and is always reachable. He was providing services for a relative of mine and Rottler and Will were highly recommended by them. He is very detailed and is able to answer all questions.

I asked for help with two specific issues: house ants and carpenter bees. I wanted them to assess those two issues and provide options. They sent a person to the house to look at it, but all they wanted to do was an entire inspection and then sell an expensive overall maintenance plan. When I made the appointment, I specifically requested that they bring a tall ladder to look at a potential insect issue under the eave of the house. The person arrived in a car with no ladder. He looked up at the eaves and said the problem wasnt' caused by insects. Since he was two stories away from the problem I suspect that wasn't an accurate statement. It certainly wasn't the inspection I asked for. He insisted on doing an entire inspection - all around the house, the garage, and the basement. Which would've been fine if he would've then focused on solving the two issues I was concerned about. Instead he wanted to sell me an extended and expensive maintenance package. I said I was only interested in getting the house ants removed, at which point I was told a single application item would cost as much as the initial payment on the maintenance plan: approx $250. In short, it was all an attempt to sell me a plan I didn't want. He made sure to use the big scare words: brown recluse. He said he found one in the basement and one in the garage. Well, that's exactly what and where I would expect to find one. I'm not going to go on an all-out death-spray because of normal spiders hanging around. Anyway, he didn't provide any options to solve my problems. It wasted my time and annoyed me. I hate being sold to. Just look at the issue I've pointed out. Apparently this company has very good ratings so they must do good work for the people who want a maintenance plan. That's not what I was after.

We called Rottler due to seeing mice in our kitchen. Initially the appointments were prompt and the technician explained what they would do. The mice disappeared for a while. Rottler also sprayed the basement for bugs (house centipedes, crickets) which hadn't been much of a problem to begin with but always went well. We unfortunately had the mice problem resurface periodically. I noticed a decrease in the quality of work over three years. As our technicians changed we began to see business cards show up on the door that they had serviced the outside bait box but didn't call to make an appointment to service the three indoor boxes. Subsequently the mice continue to come back. They tried moving the boxes around which didn't seem to do much. We would find mouse droppings in the places where they had previously had the boxes after they were moved. I was most disappointed that they didn't seem to work on where the mice were getting in and remedy it. When we called to cancel the service the original manager who bid the job called and asked to try again with a new technician free of charge. The manager and new technician came to the house and were much more attentive to what I was telling them about seeing mice. They did a thorough look through the house and found several problem areas where they thought mice were getting in. This was helpful to know what was needing attention around the house. They put a lot of material in these holes to keep mice at bay and set several snap traps as well to catch as many as possible. Since then we haven't seen a mouse or evidence of a mouse. The new technician has been out once since then and is much more attentive to us.

We used Rottler Pest & Lawn Solutions for 9 years. They charged me $85 for 3 months service. They do good job, they seem to know what they're doing. We have a particular problem in St. Louis City with house centipedes and they've been very good at keeping them out of our house. They showed up when they said they were going to show up, they're very clear of what they're going to charge and what you're going to get.

Professional,prompt explained everything. Feels like a quality company/job.

We are happy with Rottler, and particularly Sean, our technician. Sean shows up on schedule, always wears shooties in the house, and does his job with little fanfare. For a couple of visits, Sean had been assigned to another district, but we called the office and requested him; they obliged, and he is again our regular provider. We have peace of mind knowing that if any pests "show up," we only need to pick up the phone and ask Sean to come. He comes the same day, addresses the issue, and reassures us that we can always call if we spot a problem. We are impressed with the professionalism of Rottler, from office staff to technicians! We would again like to give big KUDOS to Sean! He calls us like clockwork at the end of every two months, schedules an appointment, and shows up on the dot. He is friendly, answers any questions we have, and immediately addresses the issues. We have peace of mind knowing that if any unwanted critters appear, Sean is on it! They caught an adult raccoon and several babies and fixed the porch so no more animals could get in. I would advise that you specifically ask about an "animal disposal fee" that they tried to, but ultimately did not, charge per animal, but I did not recall being mentioned in the sales pitch.

inspector detailed everything that would need to be done and gave a written estimate. On the day of the treatment the team did arrive several hours later than expected but were clean-cut, polite, hard workers who were attentive to detail. There were about 7-8 guys all around the house doing their job very effectively. I was impressed by their professionalism and good humor despite the late hour: 6pm! We were then assigned a technician who will be the person who comes out every month to treat and check on the house. We had to coordinate with another serviceman and he was very helpful with this. He gave me his direct number and business card to contact him which was very helpful.

They are wonderful and they are very conscientious.

I like them fine. They are good. I wanted to get rid of my pests, and I had them doing the service. They conduct every couple of months and do treatments. They are real friendly and professional. Their price is probably in the middle.

Rottler and our regular tech Dave are fantastic. We have used them for several years at multiple properties and never have any issues. Just like they say, they will come every few months and do a preventive treatment but if you spot any any pests, they come back out without hesitation ASAP. The office staff is also very responsive. The pricing is competitive. Cheaper than the quote we received from national chains but maybe not quite as aggressive as the mom and pop exterminators. You do feel though that you get more than what you pay for. Our home is over 10,000 s/f and sits on over 5 acres in Chesterfield. If I were to try to keep up with the insect and pest control myself and buy the supplies at a home center, I would likely spend just as much if not more.

I used them, because when I first called them, they came out, set up the traps and took care of the termites. They never missed the time, they’re very professional and they always call. They give me two hours window if they’re going be late or not. They’re very personable and they have a very good service.

Mike Williams is my service technician, who's been with Rottler as long as I've used them. He's very professional and helpful, as is the company. They are St. Louis based, so they know the pest issues we have in this area. They always call in advance to be sure I'm home in case they need to do service inside.

I was disappointed with them. They guy came out and said he could fix it and they have not returned my call since. i have used them before but I am not sure what has happened this time. He thought squirrels could not get in anymore and within two hours of him leaving there was a squirrel there. He was here right on time. I would never call them again.

Termite monitors around the house, mouse prevention units, spraying for insects as needed. They call to make sure it's a good time for a visit, show up on time, explain what they're doing, and seem to keep good records. Our tech was Adam, and he was very pleasant and professional. Also an office that's easy to deal with. We've used them for about three years; the above fee is per year.
