The sales lady was not a jerk, delivery amazed me and left me flabbergasted. They were gentlemen, quick and good disposition. The attitudes from delivery to sales people were professional, courteous and delightful. Their prices were very good.

The recliner I received wouldn't close from the reclining position when I was seated. I had to get up and close it with my arms. Because it was a floor model, the manager would not allow me to return it. He did eventually agree to send out a new one from the warehouse if I paid another delivery fee. The new one does the same thing. Their explanation is that it is just stiff and will loosen up. I've had it for over a month and it is not getting better. I have two reclining couches and four other recliners in my house. I have no trouble closing any of them. The chair is very comfortable and looks good. The salesman was professional and very helpful. The manager, however, was not interested in providing a chair that actually worked. I will not make any more purchases at that store.

Within one month the chair custom foam had indentations from my legs and rear end. 1 month! And the paper thin fabric ripped in the back side of the chair. I actually believe that this chair and sofa was not the same quality on the showroom floor. So I thought this would be taken care of by the warranty. I called Rothman and spoke to a gal there, and I wish I had gotten her name. She was very rude and told me in a snippy voice I had to call my insurance if I had purchased it. I said I did and she said I had to go through them. Montage. Well, I proceeded to do that. I just received my final email from them a few weeks ago so it took over 18 months to get this taken care of and not to our satisfaction. For the piece of fabric for the back of our chair, they sent another that was seamed in the middle and ruffled and too small. For all other issues and these are just 2 I listed, all the technician did was state it was the foam cushioning issue and that wasn't covered by the warranty. So we are selling the furniture. Let me tell you about the out of state warranty company that Rothman has signed up with. You call them and file a claim with their paperwork. They never call you. You have to call them everytime. They say they email you but most of the time, they do NOT. Then they arrange for a tech with a different company to come out to view the situation you dont make the appt, montage does. So now you are dealing with 2 companies. They are not prompt, they tell you it will be a certain time and they dont show up. Then you have to reschedule. This has truly been a nightmare. It seems they know how to work the system. The conclusion is I will never do business with Rothman again and would definitely NOT recommend anyone doing business with this company. We plan on selling the furniture.

The salespeople were very friendly. The furniture was delivered on time and with ease. The recliners are extremely comfortable. Great quality. Very pleasant experience.
