Rooftek St Louis

Recently, our roof suffered hail damage, resulting in minor leaks inside the house during heavy rain. Jason C. from RoofTek visited us and provided a detailed presentation. We were thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and the solutions RoofTek offered. Though we ultimately chose another company, I highly recommend RoofTek for roofing installation or repair. We will definitely consider them for any future projects.

Mike Cordes of Rooftek came to repair our 19 yr. roof 7/2022. Also, he sold us RoofExt Ecospray which he and the company claim would extend the life of roof, thereby delaying the need for a new roof. It came with a 5-year warranty. Once applied, granule loss accelerated, tiles often blew off roof during storms necessitating further out of pocket repairs and eventually a new roof in 10/2023. The Ecospray did not work according to what we were told. Advised Mike of this. He agreed this spray did not work. He looked at roof and took pictures of granules in downspout and could not explain why it did not work. He tried to sell us a new roof and did not have a competitive bid. Attempts to call, email and text him to get refund are unanswered. Also, once he replaced some roof tiles with white tiles on our black roof when they blew off due to a storm. It looked awful and unprofessional.
