Brian and Nancy Rohlfing are amazing. I never imagined we could afford agents with such experience, and who worked so h****** our behalf. They helped us both find our dream home and sell our starter home. Generally Brian showed us houses while Nancy handled the negotiations; although, they did an excellent job trading responsibilities to meet our schedules. Here?s some of the highlights. Brian knows houses throughout the area: any age, any style. He does an excellent job predicting what will show up in the homeowner?s inspection, which will save you a lot of time & money in the long run. We really appreciated his emphasis on the ?long term vision.? He helped us get through the initial wow factor and look beyond our short-term needs. Every home/area has benefits and tradeoffs. He does an excellent job pointing these things out. But it?s more than just facts. He really got to know us and what would fit our lifestyle. Nancy knows negotiations. We had no idea the different strategies and options available. She got us incredible deals on both transactions. She spent considerable time discussing strategy with us, writing up offers/counters, and working with other agents on our behalf. What really impressed us was how frequently she would propose new strategies. She would go out of her way to write up a few more documents if she thought it might make us a little more money. She does this all with a wink and a smile: never coming across greedy or petty. It?s quite remarkable. We worked with Brian and Nancy for some time.
