 + -1 moreThe meeting began with him saying that we lived in an "interesting" neighborhood with clear disdain in his voice. He proceeded to tell me all of the things that could go wrong with the installation & that our subfloor was substandard. He then failed to provide any alternatives as to what could be done to make the installation possible & how much such would cost. To top it all off, he promised to call with an estimate & then I never heard from him again. I would never have hired him even if he was the lowest bid & did excellent work.
Description of Work: Mr. Rogaczewski came to provide an estimate for laying stone tile in an entryway.
