 + 0 moreThey were on time each day (took 3 days to sand, stain, & put 2 coats of finish). Used a dust containment sander. Had a small problem or 2, but was taken care of quickly.

 + -1 moreLaurie followed up a week after leaving a bid to ensure I had all of the information I needed to make a decision. I was unable to use Rockwood Industries due to time constraints. However I would consider calling them again for future flooring needs.
Description of Work: My hardwood floors were partially finished from another hardwood floor company that defaulted on our contract. I needed to find another hardwood company to complete the job that was left which included sanding and staining within a quick time frame. Laurie Buerke came to my house and was on time, knowledgeable and professional. She suggested several options and left a bid for me on the spot.

 + -1 moreI am an interior designer and Rockwood Floors is my preferred hardwood company. They do excellent work in a timely manner and a reasonable price. This job is a good representation of the work they do. This was new hardwood laid in an existing room. The hardwood had to be properly butted up to a tile kitchen floor and a ceramic entryway floor. Laurie is very good at explaining the different types of hardwood, varying prices, and all that is entailed with the process. She makes sure the customer knows what to expect, is aware of extra add-on features available, and is comfortable with everything. She is also very knowledgeable about the new environmentally friendly products and finishes that she has available to her. Her installers did an excellent job with as little disruption to the customer as possible. My client was very pleased with the work.
