Rhymes was amazing! They were courteous, punctual, hard working, and very knowledgeable. I love how it's a family business right here in St. Louis. They did a wonderful job and I'm so happy we went with them. We will absolutely use Rhymes for everything heating and cooling related from now on.

Rhymes was fantastic! Our A/C is an older unit and during this super-hot summer the A/C lines froze up and the melt caused leaking in our basement. They were able to come out the same day. Our technician was friendly and thorough. He talked us through what the problem was and what the causes could be. He ran some diagnostics and found we needed more coolant and a small part replaced. He was honest with what was urgent and what could wait, to work within our budget. After that great experience, we had them come out to deep-clean the A/C, so we can keep on top of maintenance. Would highly recommend!

Prompt, professional and fair price!

Our A/C went out on a 90-100 degree. Rhymes was quick to send a someone out, who got us up and running in no time! Called other places first and they couldn't come out for days. Rhymes will always be my first call now.

I generally refrain from reviews. However, Rhymes was professional from top to bottom, starting with Stephen Ryan. They were extremely helpful, responsive and patient in helping me to determine the best options for a new AC system. They genuinely put their customers first. The same goes for their installers. I’m very pleased with them and hope to continue with them for years to come.

Wonderful service! Rhymes Heating and Cooling as become our go-to provider for heating and A/C service, as they are always prompt, courteous, professional and, most importantly, do GREAT work.

My AC stopped working a few days ago and Rhymes is the third AC repair company I hired. The first company didn't have the part, the second company wants us to change the zoning system. Neither of them took the time to look at both the outside unit and the inside panel. Steve from Rhymes showed up on time, he took the time trouble shooting my zoning panel and checked each part of the system. He is very diligent and paid attention to details. He changed a part and made the system working again. We didn't have to change the whole thing. He is honest and experienced. I would hire him again.

Rhymes was extremely easy to work with. I was contacted within 24 hours of my request and given the first slot available that worked with my schedule. Frank was very good about explaining the issues occurring with the unit. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner.

Within 1 hour of calling Adam, the service technician, arrived. He was polite & explained each step when he was testing different components of the furnace. He tested the furnace after each step and waited to ensure it functioned properly.

Excellent! Utility company caused a power outage and they responded as soon as I called them. Temperatures were in the high 90s and very much needed!

The very young looking technician did a quick check of the unit in the basement, replaced the filter, which we had, then spent 10-15 minutes looking at the outdoor unit. We requested information about the system they installed for the previous owners of our house, ( single zoned system with internal ducts ) which he he didn't appear to know much about. After he left, we noticed that the outdoor unit had not been cleaned.
