Description of Work: Following on a report I submitted for Rhymes last week: there was one piece of the gas leak puzzle that most homeowners should be able to do themselves, but we're not handy, at all. So I called Rhymes and they sent someone back out to do the work! And they couldn't have charged me a more reasonable rate. Courteous, professional, responsive. Definitely use Rhymes.

Description of Work: Laclede Gas came out this morning to do a mandatory replacement of our gas meter. In the process, they found leaks in our gas line and said we needed to get them fixed before they would turn the gas back on! With two kiddos, I needed hot water, so I called Rhymes. Even though their calendar was tight, they moved a few things around and were able to get to our house within about six hours of the call. The technician was friendly, polite, professional and efficient. He found the leaks and fixed them, all in about two hours. He even showed me how to replace the cracked line to the dryer (the main source of the leak), which will save us some money. Great experience!

Description of Work: House struck by lightning and affected the A/C. With the initial calll they troubleshot and tried to avoid charging us for a service call. Instead the unit was completely shot. They came out same day and got the A/C working again. (Whole new unit) This was all coverd by insurance
