The dispatch/scheduler was extremely helpful, sending a technician the same day. When we learned the repairs that would be required, we decided to have a new, energy efficient furnace and air conditioner installed. The installation was performed the following day. The two-man crew arrived on time, worked very hard and in the most professional manner I've seen in a long time. When the installation was complete, my husband was extremely pleased and complimentary about the quality of the work. The crew also cleaned up the work area, leaving it spotless -- which is something of a rarity these days. We are extremely pleased

Rhymes called prior to our appointment time and said that they were running late that day. I was unable to be home, and was given a bid over the phone. He followed that up with an email bid. We were pleased with the bid, but I had given him incorrect information about the size of unit that we needed. They quickly corrected that bid and sent a new email with the corrected price. Their price was much lower than the other bids that I received on a better quality unit. Naturally, I was suspicious. I checked Angie's List, the BBB and a friend who's in heating and air conditioning. We couldn't find a reason not to take that bid! They arrived at the scheduled time, asked any questions that needed asking, and did a great job. They even suggested that we not put in something that we planned to as we would have to crawl up in the attic to change the filter each month. My upstairs is now nice and cool and we are very happy!

They showed up on time and came over the same day I called. They were very courteous while they were there working. They had made sure that everything worked well before they left.

I found a door flyer with a coupon for Rhymes for an $80 Peace of Mind contract. They check your A/C in the summer and then will come back in the fall to check the furnace. I confirmed that they have a very high rating on Angie's List so I called to make an appt, and they were extremely accommodating with my schedule. The service technician (Brian) was right on time and was very friendly. He answered several questions for me and explained some parts of our system and explained why the filter is different than many systems. He had a filter on the truck so he was able to replace it for me. While the price they charged for it was higher than what we had found on the internet, it was worth watching how he replaced it since we had never done it before. We also weren't aware that we only had to replace it every year, so that info will likely save us money in the long run as we thought it was every 6 months. He tested the system and cleaned the outside a/c unit. I will be using Rhymes for all of my routine maintenance needs going forward.

We got the recommendation to use Rhymes from our remodeling contractor and called them in on short notice. The installer arrived with the necessary pump and went right to work. He attached the pump to the furnace cabinet and routed the three drain lines into the pump and fed an outlet flexible plastic hose up and over to the floor drain after removing the old rigid plastic pipe.

They have been good to us over the years. They are always on time and professional. If I call them for something, they are responsive and return my calls. They will also come if we call if something goes wrong.

They did a pretty good job installing the A/C unit and they did it in a very reasonable amount of time. The price they charged me was very good as well and overall I was just very happy with the work they did.

It all went well. I had difficulties with many other prospective contractors because they pushed hard to up size the capacity of the furnace and I had several specific needs regarding both the efficiency and noise levels with the air handler system. Kevin Harmon, the sales service mgr at Rhymes was the first company rep who was willing and able to discuss the issues involved with all my needs and come to a reasonable solution. The workers were conscientious and the job was finished in a reasonable amount of time. Overall I was very happy with the install and the results.

They did an OK job, I was satisfied.

I recently moved and I wanted to be sure I would not have any problems with the furnace (a Comfortmaker which I've never heard of) which is 13 years old. They checked everything and said all was okay except the inducer fan sounds out of balance and will probably fail. They also checked the filters and air cleaner and changed the filter in the humidifier. I only had to pay for the filter as previously (the other home)I purchased a new furnace and a/c unit from them (got name from Angie's List). They are very good at what they do - honest, professional and qualified.

Rhymes was very competitive on their price, but was the only company to develop an approach to duct air to each room without impacting any interior space with ductwork. They started this work one week after accepting the bid and were done within 1 week.

Appointment made and kept on time. Written estimate given in timely fashion and provided information on equipment to be used. I was not comfortable with the BBB results I found.

WE HAVE BEEN A PART OF THEIR ANNUAL CHECKUPS AND THEY DO A DECENT JOB. THEY SEEM TO BE ON TIME AND QUICK.

MY A/C UNIT DIED ON A FRIDAY MORNING AND IT WAS HOT OUTSIDE. I PLACED A SERVICE CALL AROUND 9:30AM AND DECIDED ON REPLACEMENT. BY 10:15 A REPRESENTATIVE WAS AT MY HOUSE. BY 11:30AM THEY HAD A CREW HERE (INCLUDING THE SERVICE MANAGER)TO BEGIN THE WORK. BY 4:00 ALL UNITS HAD BEEN REPLACED, ALL DEBRIS REMOVED AND INSTRUCTIONS RECEIVED. THEY DESERVE A SPOT ON THE PAGE OF HAPPINESS FOR THEIR PROMPT RESPONSE TO MY NEED. THE STAFF ON THE JOB DID A FANTASTIC-HIGH-QUALITY INSTALLATION. THEY WERE ALL NEAT IN APPEARANCE, TIDY & PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK AND TOOK GREAT CARE NOT TO MARK WALLS OR DOORS CARRYING ITEMS IN AND OUT. ANYTHING THEY HAD TO MOVE WAS CAREFULLY PUT BACK IN PLACE. I HAVE TO SAY THAT BASED ON THE SIZE AND EFFICIENCY OF THE UNITS PURCHASED THEIR PRICING WAS REASONABLE.

REPRESENTATIVE WAS PROMPT, POLITE AND DRESSED WELL. I HAVE NOT YET DECIDED WHAT I WANT TO DO.

WE USE THEM FOR OUR REGULAR CLEANING/MAINTENANCE OF HEATING AND AC. THEY PROVIDED A BID QUICKLY, AND THOUGH NOT THE CHEAPEST, WE WENT WITH THEM BECAUSE WE KNOW WE CAN COUNT ON THEM FOR EXCELLENT WORK AND READY SUPPORT. BID ACCEPTED ON MONDAY, UNIT INSTALLED THE NEXT DAY. THE WORKERS ARRIVED AT 8:30 AM AS PROMISED, DID THE JOB QUICKLY, LEFT THE AREA CLEAN AND EXPLAINED ALL THE WORK DONE AND WHAT MAINTENANCE WE NEEDED TO DO. SINCE THEY REPLACED THE OLD FURNACE WITH A SMALLER (MORE EFFICIENT) ONE, THEY HAD TO CUT NEW DUCTWORK AND ALSO DEALT WITH AN OLD GAS FITTING/PIPING THAT REQUIRED REPLACEMENT. NO ADDITIONAL COST - ALL INCLUDED. VERY SATISFIED.

THEY DO A GREAT JOB. WHEN I GOT THE NEW SYSTEM THEY WERE ABLE TO DO IT QUICKLY.
