Having contacted RG Plumbing Services regarding this service call by phone, I was very impressed that the owner, Mr. Gibbs, answered immediately, was very professional and was willing to provide this service, without hesitation, within two days. I valued Mr. Gibbs communication and responsiveness in scheduling. The plumber, Dave, called while en route to provide his time of arrival and was very punctual, courteous and professional. I appreciated the care he took with this installation and his attention to detail. I am very satisfied with this service call and installation and would not hesitate to recommend RG Plumbing Services.

Randy did great work. Especially because of his ability to work with old house plumbing which is prevalent in my neighborhood. The estimate was free, so no service call charge attached in the manner that many other plumbers do. We scheduled for a repair visit less than 5 days later, Randy was on time and did the work in less than 4 hours for such an involved job that involved cutting and soldering, etc. RG is now our go-to company for plumbing work in the future.

Great! They came the same day that I called, diagnosed the problem, replaced the pipe and trap, and cleaned up everything. The whole job took maybe an hour and a half. This is the second time that I've used them and I would certainly call on them again.

Honest and professional. Fixed my problem, checked on a potential problem and said it was no problem. Responded within one hour of my call.

I did not contact them for further service. I was disappointed at the watery mess that the service man left behind.

They looked at our water heater and performed a quick fix.

First time he was supposed to come, he was late. Due to a conflict we rescheduled. Second time, he forgot about the appt altogether but quickly got someone to come over. The plumber did spend 2 hours on the problems but one has resurfaced so it wasn't really fixed.

My experience with them was fine. They came out when they said they were going to come out and did the work. It was a fairly major plumbing problem. I’ve never used them for anything except when I was in dire emergency but they were fine. It was expensive but I expected it to be expensive. My circumstance was pretty extraordinary. They were reliable. They said they were 24 hour service and they were 24 hour service. So if you need somebody for 24 hour service they’re good. I don’t know if I would use them for a regular visit because they’re a pretty long distance from me. I would call someone who was local. I don’t know what their regular prices are.

We moved in September 2011 and even after a thoroughly inspection we started having issues with the plumbing. Randy came and made an assertive assessment, and gave us reasonable prices for every job that needed to be done; instead of making us buying a new water heather, he contacted the manufacturer and arranged a technician to come to have an opportunity to fix the problem ?we saved a lot of money. We?re very happy with RG Plumbing Services.

I appreciate the promptness and professionalism and how quickly and well the job was done. Except for the kitchen faucet, Randy also did the leg work to purchase all other required parts, including a part for the kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, shower handle and bathroom sink part.

The plumber, Randy, responded quickly on a Saturday morning. His rates were outstanding and he did not charge any huge additional fee for the weekend, in fact he charged normal rates. His work was exceptional. I had him over for a broken drain pipe on a new bathroom sink I was installing. Once he got there andlooked at it he saw I was having some trouble with some of the plumbing as well. He offerred at no extra charge to plumb the sink and in the end even mounted the new vanity to the tile wall. Who expects this kind of service in this day and age. It was like a time warp. I went back in time to a place where the workmen were proud of their work happy to help and more interested in making an honest buck than seeing how much money they could soak you for. Randy's work ethic and workmanship have garaunteed he will be back at my house for more work and I will be passing the word. A word of warning though, if you have Randy do work for you, you may end up wondering why everyone doesn't treat the customer this well.

Had a leak from the toilet & neither the toilet shutoff valve nor the house shutoff valve worked to completely stop the flow of water. Randy was at the house promptly & quickly replaced both valves. I was so satisfied with his work, I immediately scheduled him to come back the following day & replace a problematic bath/shower control valve.

I called and they came right over. they did great work.

Did a superb job and his estimate and cost were far lower than others. I totally trust him. I had him come back to replace the water filter and do another plumbing job about 18 months later. I would totally recommend him as honest, personable and competent.

It was easy to get appointment and the plumber(s) arrived on time. The toughest fix was a leaky shower faucet which ultimately needed to be replaced. A follow-up visit was required for this repair, but everything turned out fine.

He's very professional and helpful.

Faucet busted in the tub on our second floor, on a Friday morning before the Memorial Day weekend. By the time we realized it, water had been streaming down inside the wall to the basement for several hours. The drywall in the closet below the bathtub was soaked, the closet rod failed, dumping coats to the floor, soaking up water. (yes, we turned off the house water when we realized what was happening) RG was able to send someone out that morning, fixed the valve right away. We had been waiting to install the new hot water dispenser, and wanted to take advantage of the visit, the plumber tried but admitted he did not have any experience on these units, and set an appointment for Tuesday for a return visit. They were here as promised, installed the hot water dispenser and did not even charge for the service call, just the labor, since they could not complete it the first time. Great service, great price, friendly, would definitely recommend and use again.

We came home one day to find a leak had collapsed a small section of the ceiling in our family room. Randy returned our Saturday call within 5 minutes. Once he established that we had turned off the water and didn't need an emergency visit, he arranged an appointment around our schedule for Monday afternoon. Randy and another worker were 10 minutes early for the appointment, which was great. We'd had a leak in the same spot 7 years ago, so I explained that to Randy. Within minutes he was able to explain to me why the prior fix had not been entirely successful. Turns out the other plumber had only located part of the issue. I really appreciated how he showed me just where the problem was and what they needed to do to address it. In a little over an hour, everything was done. Upon request he even referred me to someone who could do the followup drywall work. Randy's work came it at what he said it would, which is always a plus. Randy and his helper were easy to work with. He is competent and personable. While he was here we went ahead and got a price to have him come back out for another job. I have waited three weeks to post this review in order to ensure the job was as good as it seemed. No leaks!

If he had put tarps down when he did the job, everything would have been fine. He left a trail of mess after he left and it took us four hours to get it cleaned up.

They were prompt, courteous, and finished in good time. They also came in $50 under the original estimate.

Overall, the experience has been good! He’s quick to respond, and he quickly takes care of the problems. He also leaves things in order once the job is done.

RG Plumbing Services arrived on time, introduced themselves and then got right to work once I pointed out what our problems were. Randy professionally performed some troubleshooting to locate the problem. He showed me what was causing the leak and began repairing it. The shower was then tested to ensure the fix. Once that repair was complete he looked at the outside faucet and informed me that it would be better to replace the faucet instead of trying to repair it. Once again Randy got right to work to fix the problem. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, courtesy, and most importantly the honesty displayed by Randy and RG Plumbing Services. I have a couple more projects that I need to take care of and I will be going right back to RG Plunbing.

Problem was vibration had shaken the pipe connections loose and the water was not being pumped out of the sump. It was spraying up and out into the room. Randy arrived promptly, presented his business card, and went right to work replacing the band clamps and pipe that had failed. Price was extremely reasonable in view of the early Sunday morning call. He also offered some sensible advice about the sump pump (excellent quality, built to last; listen for unusual motor noise as a signal to replace) and replacing the wood well cover with a plastic one that I can buy at a hardware store. All-in-all, an outstanding experience. I give RG Plumbing the highest recommendation.

Randy and his helper Jake came today to replace my kitchen faucet. They also found that the drain was leaking. The work was done very quickly and looks and works just great. They cleaned up after themselves and came on time. I couldn't be happier with the work and will definitely use them again. Great job and great people. Thank you!
