We have always been very happy with the customer service at RH. I have had towels become discolored (unknowingly my fault due to face cream) that they exchanged without hesitation. A furniture finish specialist was sent to my house free of charge to buff out some damage caused during a move. I did not ask for free service, it was just given to me when I called for suggestions. Also, when I first ordered my furniture, a coupon for 20% off furniture (fall sale) came in the mail, 2 days before arrival of my order. I called the store to see if there was anything I could do & they adjusted the price immediately.
