+ -1 moreI have used Rick Sanford, Respect painting for over 20 years and have come to trust and respect him complete. Over the years, he is the one that I call for any repair as well as for painting. He always provides great advice, always gives me all of the options, and honestly tries to save me money, but telling me what he thinks is unnecessary. I often get his advice about general issues about roofs, (we have a slate roof), water damage, gutters, electrical, mold, asbestos. He is happy to do minor stuff, but recommends other contractors for jobs that he is not comfortable or not capable of doing. His work is impeccable. Calls to let us know when he is going to arrive and always finishes on time. I trust him so much, we have given him the keys to our house and he is free to come and go as he pleases. We are leaving St. Louis and he is one of the things that we will miss most. Having someone that you trust, who is skilled and is honest is truly a gift and we will miss that. He has a team of 2 others, Ben and Bill, who have worked with him for over a decade. they are all incredible people.
Description of Work: Painted both interior rooms, exterior soffit and gutter downspouts, repaired electrical, repaired plaster, cleaned up mold, replaced lights.

+ -1 moreI FOUND THEM TRUSTWORTHY. I LEFT THEM ALONE IN MY HOUSE AND I FELT COMFORTABLE.
Description of Work: THEY PAINTED MY THIRD FLOOR ATTIC, REPAIRED AN AREA WHERE THERE WAS A LEAK, AND THEY PAINTED THE STAIRS GOING UP TO THE THIRD FLOOR AND ALL THE RAILINGS.
