Bobby became unresponsive when I wanted to proceed with landscaping the front of my home. He had drafted a design of the front yard of which I requested some minor revisions. At that time, I also requested a design for the side yard as this would be additional business for him. This was going to be a sizable project. Never received a design for the side yard. Tried to reach him several times by email and indicated that if he was too busy to design the side yard to please let me know when front yard job could start and the payment he would need. Again, absolutely no response . I did notice that he apparently had time though to post another design on his you tube account on the same date as one of my emails. We had previously communicated via email so no errors with his email address. Extremely poor businessman and would never recommend him.

Brilliantly splendid! I spotted the Rescue Landscaping truck at my neighbor's. I approached the truck and inquired if they in fact did landscaping. Yes, said owner Bob Krull! Immediately we surveyed my landscaping problems; the need for a new design that the shade and deer will accept, but one that wouldn't break the bank! Bob listened; I talked and a design plan was hatched, emailed and accepted with a few additions. Three days later all was completed - old plants removed, ground prepared, and plants, shrubs and boulders planted. My outside lighting and irrigation systems are A-OK, too, no problems. My property is my pride and joy, again! Rescue Landscaping came, designed, listened and accomplished the task professionally and on target. THANK YOU!

The design was great and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Very professional, everything went as plan and on schedule. We've used them before and would use again.

They completed the job in 2 days as promised.Cleanup was done very well.Everything we talked about was done very well.Owner Bob Krull was friendly ,he went over the plans of the landscaping design.He communicated timely when there were delays in getting started.Overall A+. Recommendation.

They did a great job, even cheerfully providing more plants than originally planned, as we changed our minds midway. I would definitely hire them again.

IT didn't go... they put me off and then did not respond even though someone came by and looked at my project and were to get back with an estimate which they NEVER did.. Very upsetting.... It delayed my project ANOTHER week..... Don't use them....

Bob was extremely professional and ran through my issues and gave me solid ways to move forward. He did not push his services on me or act like any of the projects were out of my scope. He did price each issue both for a service provider to accomplish and for a DIY cost. He even offered to give me advice if I ran into issues doing it myself. Overall a great customer experience. I could not have gotten a better deal through Angie's list. He provided exactly what I was looking for. I now have a very real game plan and know that someone in the field supports these ideas

Used Rescue Landscaping to take an uneven garden bed and make it level to place a new swing set on top of (xmas gift for kids). In addition, we asked that a retaining wall be built around the outside of the area of the garden bed. Some of the work could not be done because the ground was frozen, namely leveling the area. The owner noted that he could not complete the job because of the frozen ground and that it would have to wait until spring and the ground thawed. It is now spring and after trying to schedule to have them back to complete the job, he has sent us an email saying he does not have time to finish it and we should find somebody else. Unprofessional.The retaining wall was built and has held up (3 months) and looks like a standard retaining wall.

He showed up and drew this little diagram. He didn't end up doing any other work. He gave me a price that was like a thousand dollars more than the other 2 people. I wanted to get landscaping done. The contract was actually to come out and evaluate the landscaping we have then draw like a diagram where they would suggest planting certain plants. They where definitely more expensive than anybody else. This was the first time I ended up using this company.

It was not too good. The people were very professional and they're very good to work with but the actual results of the lawn care itself doesn't work. I've had more weeds in my lawn than I've ever seen before. After that, I did change and moved away from them. I tried other things to get my lawn under control. It just didn't work out.

The vendor provided an overview drawing and quote for work to be done.

It was a very short two page plan, nothing longer than that. I am not sure that I would use that type of deal again. Other contractors can show up to my place and they can give me an estimate for free. The price was reasonable. I got the evaluation pretty quick.

Bob was easy to work. I showed him pictures of a patio I loved. He was able to suggest materials and design plans that made an expensive dream a gorgeous cost effective reality. He always responded to phone calls and questions promptly. I was responsible for calling Dig Rite. We had a weather delay but Bob was quick to reschedule and get the job done. He and another worker arrived promptly on the appointed work day. They worked unsupervised for 2 days without problems. They installed a stone patio with a flagstone walk way from my back deck to my parking pad. They cleaned up after each work day and did a great job communicating progress. It turned out even better than I hoped. I will absolutely have Rescue Landscaping back for my next project.

Bob did a great job installing the patio and landscaping. We were unsure what plants/shrubs to use for the landscaping and he did a great job giving us options. Bob and his crew have helped us on other yard projects (gutter drainage/water runoff, landscaping) and they have always done a great job.

Working with Bob was great. He provided sketches and pictures of past jobs as references. He accomplished what we needed done and was conscious of our wanting to have nice manageable landscaping without spending a lot. I would recommend him and use him again.

Matt provided and installed LED lighting on my house. We did all of the peaks and roofline in alternating red and white lights. The lights looked really good. Very straight, professionally installed. I really liked that I purchased the lights, and then each year I pay a flat fee to install and take down. The initial cost was slightly more, but I'll save hundreds each year moving forward. Also, with the LED lights I won't have burn outs or maintenance issues.

Due to some unexpected car repairs, we did not use this provider at this time.

Acceptable, timely service for snow removal. Then we asked for lawn/ leaf services, which they originally agreed to--until, suddenly, our property was "too far" for them to do. We were dropped so late that it was difficult to find alternate solutions. Not reliable. Maybe ethnic prejudices? (Change in "availability" changed with contact person.)

I had a great experience with Rescue landscaping. Bob was always direct and sincere. I thought his pricing was fair. The quality of his work was exceptional. He called me at the end of every day to discuss status. The job really turned out great. I was really impressed with how hard his crew worked. My 6 year old son commented on how much better Bob's crew was than the group that installed our pool. He noticed and commented that these workers were much better than other workers that have come to our house. I used Bob for a follow-up job after, and he did an equally good job. It is great to have a relationship with a quality contractor.
