 + -1 moreWE WORKED WITH TOM ROSENTHAL AT PARAMOUNT. THE EXPERIENCE WAS GENERALLY POSITIVE; THERE WERE NO HITCHES IN THE REFINANCING PROCESS, AND THE LOAN TOM FOUND US WAS A GOOD ONE. TOM SEEMED TO UNDERSTAND OUR FINANCIAL NEEDS AND DIDN'T TRY TO SELL US ANY OF THE EXOTIC MORTGAGES (INTEREST-ONLY, NEGATIVE AMORTIZATION, ETC.) THAT GET HOMEOWNERS INTO TROUBLE.
Description of Work: PARAMOUNT HELPED US TO REFINANCE OUR CONDO. I BELIEVE WE FIRST BECAME AWARE OF THE COMPANY THROUGH ONE OF THEIR MAILINGS. THE "AMOUNT PAID" IS HARD TO ESTIMATE FOR A MORTGAGE, BUT THERE WERE NO FEES ASSOCIATED WITH PARAMOUNT PER SE. WHAT THEY ENDED UP SELLING US WAS A CONVENTIONAL 5/1 ARM WITH NO POINTS, AT A RATE WE WERE FAIRLY PLEASED WITH.
