They installed the ordered carpet only to have the last & longest room of installed carpet contain a major flaw running down a 25 ft length. They graciously reordered the same carpet and installed it a SECOND time in a timely matter...without a cost to me. However, the SECOND install of carpet for the great room also had the major flaw running down the entire length and they rolled it out but didn't install. They agreed to reorder the carpet for a THIRD time but strongly advised I change carpet types and colors. I agreed to change colors but could not find a carpet of comparable general quality/color to match the carpet in the adjoining room that was originally installed. We reordered a THIRD carpet to be installed in the great room and it came and was installed without a flaw. However, now the carpet in the theater room which joins up with this new color ...no longer matches. I'm not happy with the mismatched colors that the new carpet has created for the adjoining room. With great reluctance, they agreed to let me pick a new carpet for the theater room that would match the new color for the adjoining great room....at no increase in price if I stayed within a specific priced carpet range. The change in the theater room carpet was made and all carpets matched and were without flaws. This long and drawn out event took many months of ordering/reordering and installing. Reinhold did a great job of working with me to the very end. They had lost money on the install because of the many installs that had to be done. The carpet installer who worked for REINHOLD in doing the installs was great and made a very unpleasant situation as pleasant as possible. The salesman who sold the carpet and set up the install did a great job also. He was quite concerned by the THIRD install and the reinstall of the adjoining carpet....but in the end he worked hard to make sure I, the customer was satisfied with the completed outcome. This was a NIGHTMARE of a project that was no fault of REINHOLD, except they were working maybe with a questionable distributor. REINHOLD did an good job of installing the carpet and working with me to get each install done as quickly as possible. I felt they had honored the terms of their contract. It placed them in a position of losing money w/multiple installs but they worked with me to the end and made sure I was happy with the outcome.

The member has used this provider on several occasions. She loves the work that they do. There were not any unexpected issues that occurred. The provider always does excellent work.

Excellent from start to finish. ?The hardest part of process was choosing color of carpet. ?From the sales, measuring and installation we had in sync communication and expectations set. ?Pricing was very competitive and expansive choices available offering a pet pad to go under the carpet, which was not done anywhere else we shopped. Timeliness and professionalism of the installers went above and beyond, since it snowed on the morning of the install, they took time to lay the old carpet outside so they weren't tracking snow, mud and wet throughout the house. ?Installers showed promptly, walked me through the job and then began the install. ?Carpet installed looks great, would use again and highly recommend.

Everything went perfect. ?We were very pleased working with the company during the sale process as well as the installers were very professional and thorough. ?I would definitely recommend this company for great pricing and quality service.

Mr. Reinhold, the owner, very professional and quickly worked with us to resolve flooring installation issues.? Tile person?had his son as his co-worker.? Both were very hard workers and was very conscious of keeping install site clean and safe.?Issue on tile installation was a haze that remained on tile after job completion.? Since installation, grout has settled and cured leaving a noticeable ridge between tiles.? Uncomfortable on feet. Hardwood floor person we would never use again.? A superior attitude and mediocre installation skills?left us with several issues Mr. Reinhold stepped in to resolve.?

They did a very thorough job. They were very very cooperative and easy to work with. I think they went out of their way. Their strongest point is the people that work for them; their employees are just exceptional and they just go beyond what we might expect from a company like this. Working with us on certain special problems we might have, unusual heavy furniture that has to be moved and things like that, they are just outstanding in that regard in addition to doing exceptional quality of work. It is just a good company to work with.

The team provided a rapid and accurate estimate of both the cost of the project and the time that it would take. ?They worked with us multiple times to select the proper ceramic tile floor and the hardwood floor. ?In addition, they told us to bring samples home to our condominium in order to see how they looked in our lighting and with our furniture. ?This was very helpful advice. ? The installation team was friendly, professional, and helpful. ?They were able to explain to me each day what progress had been made any adjustments that were needed on the fly, and what they expected to get done the next day. ?Finally, and most importantly the final product was absolutely stunning and delivered on time and on budget.

They started the work when he said they would and it was finished on the day he had stipulated. The workers moved furniture carefully and cleaned up the house at the end of each work day both inside and out. When it was completed it looked great and we are 100% satisfied. I would recommend them to any one who is looking for quality workmanship.

We have a 15' X 25' attic (with 8 doors) that was finished in 2006.? Since that time the carpet loosened and bunched up in several places.? We contacted Reinhold Flooring about re-stretching the carpeting and they sent Ken to us.? Ken indicated that the number of doors would complicate the re-stretching, but we OK'ed the price and asked him to proceed if possible, which he did.? Ken was very professional, knowledgeable, worked very hard and the result was simply terrific,?besides being?just in time for family planning to stay over the holidays.? Thank you Reinhold!

Nothing happened, becuase I never got a call back.

We needed new carpet for our finished basement due to a sewer backup. We decided to get estimates from a couple of places including big box stores. However, as soon as we went to Reinhold Flooring, we were impressed with the level of expertise of their sales staff. We had relatively new?carpet in our basement that we were unhappy with and they steered us toward something that was great for basements and great for a family with a toddler and a dog. I respected the fact that the carpet that they showed us was not their most expensive but something that would work for us. They came out right away and gave us an estimate. It was very reasonable compared to what we paid just a few years ago so we cancelled our other estimates and went with Reinhold. We just really liked the service and thought the price was fair. They came out and installed it a couple weeks later, as our schedule would allow and did a great job. They cleaned up their mess and it looks great. We would definitely use Reinhold again.

I was most concerned about damage to the furniture being moved since some pieces were antiques. They did an incredible job and not a piece of furniture was damaged. Before returning the furniture to the newly stained floors they put felt pads on all the pieces so the new floor would not be scratched. Mike who did the sanding and staining was very efficient and cleaned up as he went along. He was also very helpful in getting just the right stain color to closely match my other wood floors. Steve Reinhold was in contact with the guys doing the work so that everything went smoothly. I had not contracted with Steve for quarter round to be put down but Mike felt the floors needed it to look complete. Steve was kind enough to contact Tim Forst and arrange for him to put the quarter round down. Steve even arranged with Tim to do it for a very reasonable price $300 considering the amount of time the job took. Tim did an excellent job and the quarter round really made a difference. I can't say enough good things about Reinhold Flooring, Steve Reinhold and the men who do the flooring work. Everybody was very professional and did excellent work. I have used Reinhold Flooring before for tile work and wood flooring and they always met and exceeded my expectations. If you want quality flooring work done at a reasonable price Reinhold Flooring is the place to go. I will use them again.

I had Steve Reinhold come to the house for an estimate on removing the existing flooring and replacing it with ceramic tile. The crew came out a week or two later on time. They covered everything in tarps to avoid covering the carpeting in the hall with dust. They removed the existing 2 floors and replace a rotted section of wood where the old toilet had been and then installed a new ceramic tile floor. The crew were very good at explaining the process before they started. Everything went smoothly. I have used Reinhold to install Pergo flooring in our lower level?, a wood floor in our entrance hallway and ceramic tile in our laundry room. They have always done a great job. I am going to have them tear the carpeting out of the master bedroom, hallway and guest bedroom in the next month or two. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are professional and do a A+ job.

Our?experience with Reinhold was excellent. From our initial visit to their showroom the sales staff was helpful and friendly. They gave my wife and I lots of options. An installation date was set?and on?that date?they arrived on time. Denny and Danny (our carpet installers)?could not have been nicer and more professional. For two days they worked extremely hard resulting in a beautiful new look to our house. They moved all the furniture and did a very good job of clean up both after the first day and when they finished. The hardwood installers did a very professional job removing our parkay floor? and installing our new laminate floor. It is fabulous. My wife and I would highly recommend Reinhold Flooring.

Absolutely fabulous! Local business and professional! Steve Reinhold measured and bid our entire home. We started with one room and can't wait to do the remainder. Steve sent Chuck and his crew to install. They did an excellant job. We LOVE the look and feel (warmth) of the new floor. Steve also hooked us up with a contractor who installed our new baseboards (Tim Forst) - also a true professional. Why go with the discount stores and roulette wheel installers? You get what you pay for. Reinhold Flooring is competitive and no hassles.

My experience was fine. They called me and were ready a day early. They came and got it done in two and a half days.

Liked the fact that this was a family-run business. Very helpful salesperson (Laura) helped me select carpet samples and hardwood samples that I could take home to review. The owner (Steve) was very responsive to schedule an estimate and got back to me the same day with a price quote. Very flexible to work with my schedule to do the installation. Carpet installers (Denny & Dan) were very professional and polite, arrived on time and cleaned up everyday before they left. For the carpet install they moved furniture, removed old carpet & padding, removed some old tack strip, sprayed Kilz over some stains on the sub-flooring, replaced tack strip, put down new padding, installed carpet and returned furniture. The hardwood installers (Mark & others) moved furniture, removed old carpet & padding, removed tack strip, removed baseboard trim, installed hardwood, replaced baseboard trim and replaced furniture. New hardwood chosen to "match" existing hardwood in a hallway and it looks great! All old carpet, padding and trash was removed and the house looked beautiful when they were done! Very happy with the service, the quality of the products and the quality of the installation.

They are amazing. They were prompt, courteous, and clean. They did a very good job. They were very accommodating and on time.

They did really well. There was only one installer, so it wasn't fast. But they got it done in the time they said it would. They did outstanding work.

Extremely professional, thorough and timely. Quality of work was superb, and recommendations for flooring choices were focused on our needs not their profits.

They were outstanding. I will definitely use their services in the future if I have to get any more flooring done.
