REIGN CONSTRUCTION

The roof installation went okay for the most part. There were some minor items that needed to be corrected which they returned to fix. However, there is a chimney on our sun porch that is now crooked. They did not show up when they said they would. Started a week late. Took longer than promised. Some days didn't show up at all or showed up hours late. The gutters installation was also delayed by weeks. When they finally showed up, the installation went smoothly and the workmen arrived every day on time. However, there are two elbow joints that drip when it rains and another curved joint where water actually shoots out of the joint during heavy rains. We called repeatedly about this issue and a repairman came once to fix the dripping joints, but did not correct the problem. We were passed between the owner of the company and his partner--each claiming that the other should be handling the repair.

Hired company to perform work from hail damage, replaced roof in somewhat of a resonable amount of time. Seem to have problems ordering shingles and air vents. Did work in stages. Continually had to try and call them to see when work would be completed. The process took about 8 months from start to finish and we still haven't received the warranty paperwork on the work that was done. At one point I had to threaten to consult a lawyer to get the work completed.

They showed up when they said they would. They were entirely professional, hardworking start to finish, good attitudes and very friendly. The job was performed according to the agreement in a timely fashion.
