IF IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN FOR HEATHER HEMPEN I WOULD HAVE SOLD MY HOUSE OR LOST IT. OLDER HOME WITH STRUCTURE ISSUES, NEEDS REPAIRS (SOME $30,000 WORTH), HUSBAND ON DISABILITY, WIFE RECENTLY LAYED OFF FROM TOP PAYING POSITION WITH NEW JOB AT HOURLY RATE - NO INCOME TO SPEAK OF-JUST IRA'S. I STOPPED ONE DAY TO SEE WHAT COULD BE DONE ABOUT CURRENT HIGH MTGE PAYMENT. I HAD NO IDEA WE COULD REFINANCE IN OUR CURRENT FINANCIAL POSITION. SHE SUGGESTED A UNIFORM RESIDENTIAL LOAN. SHE DID NOT PRESSURE ME AT ALL DURING THE MONTH I TOOK TO "THINK". ONCE SHE RECEIVED THE APP, SHE WORKED HARD FOR OUR APPROVAL @5.375%! I JUST WANTED A PARTIAL, NOT FULL REFINANCE. I CONSOLIDATED AS WELL, AND NOW MY MTGE, CAR, LINE OF CREDIT & CREDIT CARD PAYMENT IS 1 PAYMENT WHICH IS SOME 12.88% LESS THAN WHAT JUST MY ORIGINAL MTGE PAYMENT WAS! I'M EXTREMELY PLEASED, AND REPAIRS HAS BEGUN.
